We needed plumbing work twice this year. I wasn't sure who to call and decided on Superior Plumbing, which had excellent online reviews. They are prompt, professional, personable and the prices were very reasonable.

Robert was wonderful! He diagnosed and fixed my leak in a timely manner. He cleaned up including vacuuming my daughters room where the leak was. I highly recommend Superior Plumbing

I cannot say enough about this company! We had an emergency and they put me right on the list and came out first thing! Braydon not only addressed the issue but also found the root of the problem and fixed us up! Braydon and Dustin did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone! Great professionalism and personality and they liked my dogs and I didn't have to lock them away in a room while they were in the house working!

Robert went out of his way to make sure I had hot water. After working with the manufacturer support line to diagnose the problem, he found out that my water heater was not repairable but it could be replaced under warranty. He then went to Home Depot himself (which was after business hours at this point), got a new one, and installed it for me, all within hours of my initial call. Excellent job by Robert and Superior Plumbing & Drain.

I called Superior Plumbing & Drain based off the Google Reviews like the one I am posting. I had a difficult issue which they dealt with promptly and effectively. They were at my front door when expected. They were kind, courteous, and professional. They diagnosed and fixed a difficult leak. I felt like the price was more than fair. I was very impressed with this company and I will definitely use them again. It was very obvious by the way that both plumbers (Brandon and Robert) conducted themselves that their reputation is important to them.

Can't say enough about how great this company is. Called in with an emergency after hours and Robert was at my home within 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint the problem within minutes.
He kept me informed on what he was doing and broke it down so I could understand exactly what was going on and where the problem was coming from. In this day and age the level of customer service he displayed is rare and definitely appreciated. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for quality and dependability!! Superior Plumbing is A-1.

My wife and I found an issue with our plumbing system on Christmas day and became very worried. I called 1 day later and they immediately scheduled an appointment next day. Michelle who helped me schedule was very informative and helpful and understood the urgency. Brandon, our technician, came out promptly and assured us that all was ok. He was very knowledgeable, comforting, quick, and precise. I, like many, always worry that I am being taken advantage of in systems that I do not understand. I really feel like this was a very honest and fair experience. I cannot say enough about this company, Michelle, and Brandon. Thank you guys for making what could have been a nightmare a very easy experience.

I picked Superior Plumbing online because of the high number of positive Google reviews, and can only add another 5 stars rating. Robert was tied up with another job when I called, but quoted me a price for my backed up kitchen plumbing right up front, and said an associate could be there within a few hours.

Brandon called shortly before arriving, was exceptionally polite and professional, took care not to make a mess, cleaned up all evidence of his visit, and took plenty of time to make sure the blockage was truly cleared. I will definitely call Superior again

I am impressed with the dedication and professionalism of the owner of this company, Robert Polk. I called Superior Plumbing and Drain to replace an old gas water heater that had busted in my garage. Robert and his team already had a full day of work scheduled, but because we had no hot water for a family of five, he agreed to personally come out that night and replace it for me. He did excellent work. Everything looked neat, clean, and professional. I talked with Robert at length as he installed the unit, and I must say that he is a very personable man who appears to genuinely care about his customers' satisfaction. I am certain that I will be hiring him for any future plumbing issues I have.

We have used Superior Plumbing several times and they have bailed us out every time without having to take out a loan or hock the wife's jewelry! We have 2 houses and Robert and his team have made some bad situations a breeze. Close by and friendly, professional service.

We have had really good experiences with Superior. Twice the owner has been the one to come by. He has been fair, and we have not felt taken advantage of. They have replaced a water heater, pressure reducer, hose bib, toilets, and fixed a leaking valve. They have been good enough that over none of those times have we thought we should call someone else the next time.

No Hot water on Christmas Eve, it was about 10 degrees in my attic. I called several Plumbers. Robert was the only one to call me back.
He carefully went through a checklist of things I need to do. He then made several recommendations including the use of a hair dryer on the gaps in the pipe insulation coming out of the hot water heater. Within five minutes of following his instructions the hot water began flowing.
He is a patient listener, very responsive to all questions and he gave precise and easy to understand instructions.He is truly a caring. highly customer oriented professional! Thank you Robert! He give him my highest recommendation!

Robert was friendly, attentive, and thorough. The solution ended up being much simpler than we feared, but he triple checked everything to make sure there weren't any hidden problems. Whoever we talked with at the office (Michelle, I believe) was also very friendly and helpful, even when emergencies and potential bad weather resulted in some rescheduling. From our experience, Superior Plumbing & Drain is a very knowledgeable, honest, and overall pleasant company to do business with.

Our water heater went out on a Monday, I called a couple of places to get quotes and ask a few questions. When I spoke with Robert from Superior Plumbing & Drain, he was courteous and knowledgeable. His quote was cheaper than other plumbing companies I spoke with and he could do it the next day. He arrived at 12pm and was finished by 1pm. He was professional and very friendly. As he was writing out our receipt, I asked him about replacing our garbage disposal, he flipped the switch and said it was just stopped up. He went to his truck and brought back a turn key and with a simple turn the disposal was working again. I would recommend Superior Plumbing & Drain for all your plumbing needs. We need several faucets replaced and we will definitely be calling Robert and Superior Plumbing.

We suddenly couldn’t use our toilets so I really wanted same day service. The first place I called couldn’t get to us for several days. I called Superior Plumbing next and left a voicemail. I got an immediate call back and put on the schedule for the same day. He was very helpful over the phone and gave me a 2hr window. Brandon called within that timeframe and gave me a 20 minute ETA. When he arrived, he was very friendly and informative and fixed my problem quickly. He had me run water and do several flushes to ensure the problem was resolved. Superior Plumbing will be the only ones I call going forward.

My water heater died on Saturday night. I called Superior Monday morning at 8 am. Someone was at my house by 8:30 am. Unfortunately, my 12 year old water heater could not be repaired. They had a new one installed by noon that day. My technician was Brandon. He was great. He had a great personality and seemed genuinely happy to be helping me. If I ever need a plumbing service again I will not call anyone else except Superior Plumbing.

Robert was professional, punctual and very helpful. This is my second time using them and they never disappoint. Superior Plumbing and drain work in a timely manner, they are experienced and they provide great customer service. I highly recommend their services!

Five stars for Owner Robert Polk and Hogan Wells! With the help of Emily in their office, Robert and Hogan were able to work me in with a same day request for an urgent need. Emily was nice, polite and very helpful in coordinating an appointment for same day service. And Robert and Hogan thankfully extended their day to work me in. They were professional, promptly arrived when expected - with Emily giving a heads-up call first. Robert was helpful in explaining the situation, details, recommendation and execution of work.
