Just fantastic people, gotta love the quick help. Called them that morning done if 40 minutes I was ready to wash my clothes again. And the young man with him is very dashing 😏

No complaints from me!! My refrigerator was leaking so I gave Stapp a call. They came out in a couple of hours that same day, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired shortly. Very happy with their fast, friendly, professional service and all for a very reasonable price.

Tried to set a service call. After explaining my needs they stated they where not interested and hung up the phone.

We recently had issues with our washing machine and believed it to be the drive belt for the drum. Turns out it was not the belt, but we had already ordered one from Stapp Appliance Center in Arab, AL. The belt cost me over $80.00 at Stapp!

We ultimately decided to buy a new washing machine and wanted to return the unused, unopened belt but was told they do not accept returns on parts. NOWHERE in their store or on the receipt does it say they do not accept returns on parts, only on ELECTRICAL parts like circuit boards, etc.

The reason given was since I didn’t let them do the diagnoses, they had no obligation to accept a return. Seems a bit like extortion if you ask me.

So, I learned my lesson the hard way, but hopefully this review will encourage you to TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE and NOT use Stapp Appliance Center in Arab, AL.
