The plumber came out right away. We had a bad leak in shower. Plumber very knowledgeable regarding problem..He fixed the leak..The plumber explained what he had to do regarding the leak..He was very polite and we were very satisfied.

My son bought a house a couple months ago and start having issues with the drains this past weekend...called Roto-Rooter, was hoping it was just a clogged line...turned out it was a broken sewer line. Nathan came out and snaked it and ran the camera through the line to discover the break. Turns out it had been broken for a long time...anyway, Nathan and Chris got the pipe dug up and replaced and they were great! If you need to call Roto-Rooter, ask for Nathan, he was pleasant to work with and honest and upfront about what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. If I buy another house I will definitely have them check the drains with the camera to avoid this problem in the future! Thank you!

Very pleased with the service provided. They showed up on a Friday evening within a couple of hours of first call. Did good work and quickly addressed the problem. Will definitely reach out to them when needed again.
