Top notch service. Blower mower went out on a Friday afternoon. Called at 2 pm and the air was blowing by 4:30.

Forest is great! He has installed several split units (ductless heating & air) for us. He is knowledgeable, friendly & professional. You can count on him to return calls/texts in a reasonable amount of time. We have & will definitely his services again.

I had the good fortune of seeing an ad for Harmon Mechanical on my favorite football podcast, The War Rapport. I called to get an inspection of my system because this summer was unreasonably hot.

The tech Forest came by, took a look at the system, and gave me a rundown of everything that was a concern whether it was minor or major. He was on time, courteous, and incredibly thorough in explaining each part of his diagnosis. He didn't make anything seem more urgent than it was, and my system was running well enough to stand pat. So I didn't make any moves at the time because money was tight.

Fast forward 2 months, I called Harmon Mechanical back to take some action on the diagnoses Forest had made earlier in the summer. Again, he was prompt and throrough, and I opted to get a full fix of each of the items that needed attention.

The system has been running fantastic since his diagnosis. He was even kind enough to clean my filter and air ducts! Fantastic service, fantastic experience. They're going to be my next call when my system needs attention.

We needed a new system, wanted to add heating/air to our sunroom, and some of our duct work needed to be patched.

Harom Mechanical came out to evaluate our old system, provided pictures and then followed up with a call to provide different options/solutions of what could be done.

Once we made our decision they were ready! They started early one morning and worked until dark to ensure it was done. They were very professional, responsive, cleaned up everything, and most importantly, did what they said they would do!

We love our new Daikin 3 ton HP so far, it’s extremely quiet!

Harmon's team did excellent work, and made sure I understood the details. There was an immediate and noticable improvement in the units efficiency.

Tate, was our technician. He was so polite and jumped directly to the issue we were having, even checked our other unit as a courtesy. HM is also putting in multiple units for my company at Wind Creek State Park. I highly recommend them for any service, big or small.

After nearly 5 days of no heat and water and trying to get our new water heater installed and with no luck of getting someone right away, Forrest was able to respond to my request within minutes of calling a friend for help! Forrest and his crew came out about 30-45 minutes later and got our water heater installed! They were very friendly and professional! They did an awesome job!

Scheduling was super easy and I got notification that Tate was on his way to the house. He arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed our issue and fixed the problem. He proceeded to do extra preventative maintenance after he was finished to hopefully prevent future calls. Very pleased with the service and will call Harmon when needed in the future.

I needed Harmon to come ASAP as my AC was not working. They showed up at 8am (on time) and found the problem and a couple of potential problems which saved me future headaches. That same day I needed service for my hot water heater and they came back at 4pm. So glad I signed up for the Comfort Club. Now I can count on preventive service and discounts as well. Both techs were polite and knowledgeable. 👍

Forrest’s company was responsive and prompt in their arrival. This was a pleasant surprise given this was an after hours a/c issue. They had our home unit cooling within minutes. Very reliable. I would highly recommend.

These guys (and Lady) were very responsive to us from our first call until after they installed 2 new units at our catering kitchen. The installers were super friendly and professional and we are very pleased with our new units. If you need a company with great customer service and great work ethic, give these folks a call. They're TOP NOTCH!! Highly recommend!

The two guys were great. They were polite and explained everything they were doing.

Excellent work by the Harmon team. Very professional and efficient. Their communication and attention to details was outstanding. The team explained each part of the service including the new AC unit outside and new easy-to-use thermostat installed inside. In summary, the team did amazing work!

Very professional. People I can trust to leave in my house unattended.

Edit: it’s been 3 years since install. They have come out and changed the filter every purple months.

On time, a technician performed the preventative maintenance services on my Heating System. Technician was very personable!

Very Happy with my air and heat unit .These guys worked hard and were very knowledgeable and helped me with any questions that I had. I highly recommend them for all your Heating and Air needs !!
