Amazing service by everyone. Malia was so kind in helping me with any questions I had regarding appointment times. The guys that came out and made the service were incredibly insightful and helped walk me through the things I didn’t quite understand. Absolutely recommend them!

Great experience with a great group of guys. Reached out to them because I am friends with the owners brother and so glad I did. Very responsive and made a very unfortune situation run very smooth. Glad I gave them a call and will be the only person I call from here on.

Landon was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly set him apart, and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided.

Cameron came and diagnosed our AC issue super fast and got our house cooling down in no time. Excellent customer service and very competent.

I was able to have someone come out the same day, in just a few hours even, after calling. The tech, Landen, arrived within the schedule time frame and was very professional. He tried his best to get my A/C repaired, but unfortunately it was too far gone. He laid out all of my options going forward very clearly.

Bonus: The service charge was less than half of what I was quoted with any other company, and it was on a holiday weekend at that!

Friendly, courteous and quick to respond. Very respectful, I have a broken ankle so let himself in and out as needed. They have a maintenance plan too. Highly recommend. I believe his name was Landon, so thank you!

Realized the AC wasn't working around 8pm on a 90 degree Saturday night. Wingman had a technician out by 9:30 and the unit was fixed and blowing cold air again by 10:15. Some additional services were included that they couldn't provide that evening due to it being pitch black outside and they scheduled time to return at 8am Monday morning to finalize the work. Couldn't be happier with the responsiveness or the results.

Landon and Gabriel were wonderful! They arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, thorough in their inspection of possible issues with HVAC unit and system in the house, and took their time explaining the issues and options to resolve them. I highly recommend!

Cason and nick did an excellent job installing a new hvac unit at our home. They also explained everything that I should expect and was willing to answer all the questions i had. I would higjly recommend these guys.

Gabriel was amazing. I had a terrible leak in my ceiling from a clogged drain line. He was here so quickly and on a Friday night, as well. What a nice and knowledgeable young man. This is what you hope from small businesses these days! I will never use anyone else. Thank you so much.

Honest, reliable, and trustworthy! The crew at wingman went above and beyond to diagnose the HVAC system. After diagnosis, I was presented with multiple options in repairs/replacement. From start to finish their communication was perfect, they explained everything they were doing and were very knowledgeable when I asked questions. I recommend Wingman to everyone. You won’t be disappointed in dealing with this company!

The tech arrived at the appointment time, he was very pleasant and immediately understood the system. He diagnosed the issue and returned the next day to fix the system. Perfect customer service.

We are longtime Auburn/Opelika residents and have had experience with many local HVAC companies. This was our first experience with Wingman and they will now be our go to providers. Gabriel was efficient, kind and went the extra mile to get our AC back up and running. I can’t say enough great things. They were easy to communicate with and we felt like friends they really wanted to help out. We will never use another company!!!

I would absolutely recommend this group to anyone needing AC service. Unlike many other service companies, they didn’t add an extra weekend fee on top of the repair fees. Cameron explained all of my choices and got the system back up and running in less than an hour.
