Very impressed with this company. I thought I had an irrigation leak because there was a continuous wet area on my lawn. I called Outdoor Concepts and they came out the next day, They found the leak and had it repaired early the following morning. Prompt, friendly, courteous service with fair pricing.

We have used this company repeatedly for some hardscape installations and privacy landscaping. We have been so pleased! Austin has overseen the design and installation, and we look forward to continuing to add to our landscape.

We had our entire backyard reformed. Colin and Brian were very patient with us about what we wanted. The entire yard transformed to a mossy mud pit to an outdoor wonder and entertainment area. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you Outdoor Concepts!

I am so impressed with Brian and Outdoor Concepts! He answered my calls, followed through and completed the project (this is after I was given the runaround by 2 others companies ). Kyle and the 2 other employees were friendly, courteous, and efficient. The project turned out exactly as I had discussed it with Brian. Everything was cleaned up before they left. We recently had Outdoor Concepts do some work in our backyard and we couldn't be happier! Hayden and his team are very professional and hard-working. Our sod was installed a couple of weeks ago and Hayden is still coming by to check-in and make sure everything looks as it should. We highly recommend this company!

OC installed a stone patio in 2022. First, it wasn't leveled correctly, so water flowed back onto our breezeway. They did come back and make a sort of trench solution, but it shouldnt of happened in the first place.

Their service after the build has been poor. Pieces of stone fell off and they said its normal. Now there are over 6 pieces that have fallen off. Ive tried calling multiple times and I've reached the conclusion that they are ghosting me.

Avoid this company for any hardscape work.

"Concepts" is the correct name. The initial installation of sod, rocks, and pine straw was subpar (installed two different types of trees, several 1” gaps in sod, and the yard is definitely not level)

Worse, they never provided any ongoing services, such as spraying weeds or cutting grass.

My yard looks bad, and it will be expensive to recover. I reached out a dozen times over the course of two months. When I finally got through to cancel my agreements, there was no attempt to retain my business. It was, maybe a 25 second phone call.
