My AC stopped cooling; called T and M. Nicest person answered the phone and said a tech would be scheduled asap. She called back (I think her name is Elizabeth) and said he was on the way.
Joseph arrived within 25 min. and went right to work. Was able to find the problem and quickly repair it. Was a knowledgeable, pleasant young man. Thank you T and M!

Alex was awesome! He came out immediately and did a great job as he was very professional and thorough. Would highly recommend. Much appreciated to have a/c working!!

T & M Heating & Air is awesome. My AC stopped working 😭 n the middle of the night. I called when they opened and they had the issue fixed by 10am. The tech was friendly and very professional. We will definitely use them again.

I’ve been a customer of T&M for several years and they are an excellent company. The employees are professional and efficient. The staff communicates well regarding appointments and billing. Justine was at my house today and did an excellent job.

A/C went out on a Sunday night in August in Baldwin county. Called T&M at 8am Monday morning. Tech showed up at around 9am. Taylor diagnosed the problem and had cold air blowing before 10. I also signed up for twice a year check out with this day being the first check out. Very happy with Taylor’s professionalism, nice not having someone cussing under their breath. T&M didn’t install this unit but they will the next one!

I had just had my air conditioning system “fixed” by another company. It started acting up again, so I called T&M as they were the company that installed the unit when I had the house built. Daniel came out on a Sunday and had it running in no time. The other company that i used hooked up the starting capacitor wrong which could have caused serious problems down the road. Daniel was very knowledgeable and professional. Cost was very reasonable!!! I feel assured that my repairs were done right this time!!! Thanks T&M!!! Thanks Daniel!!!

Joseph Bishop came to my home in Silverhill and did a great job on adjusting and redistribution of my air. I highly recommend this company. Very professional yet very personable. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!

On time and did a great job. Just like each and every time I need semiannual service.

We were having problems with our HVAC system and called T&M who responded within the hour. We found we needed a whole new system unfortunately. That being said though…for as unpleasant of news as this….T&M was absolutely phenomenal. From Rusty assisting with the financial portion to Alex and the other techs who helped install the unit. Can’t say enough good around the entire team at T&M!!! Extremely impressive.

I called T&M and they came out within 24 hours, they attempted to repair the AC unit, it was a freon issue and we lost the charge in about 36 hours, I called back and they came back the same day. They found the leak, repaired it and we haven't had an issue since. Great service and friendly repair staff.

Thank you Alex for your excellent service, getting our air conditioner up and running! I was expecting a higher charge for all of the maintenance preformed, but was pleasantly surprised with a bill, not much more than the service call itself. Very professional company, with employees who love what they do, the attitude, attention to detail, and quality of work speaks for itself.

Everyone that came out was professional and informative of the situation. Fixed my problem on 2nd visit. Highly recommend them.

Daniel is so knowledgable and communicative! He is also such a kind and giving person. I highly recommend him for any job in your home. He installed a second vent in our bedroom and it made all the difference in getting air while sleeping. He quickly installed our mini-split. He is terrific, I can't say enough about him and his company!

We were in a dire situation at the beginning of August. We had a house full of out of town guests (13) to be exact that we were preparing dinner for and some of which were staying with us! We came home that afternoon at 3:30 to find out A/C had completely stopped working in our 3 month old house and the temp was rapidly approaching 80 degrees in the house. We contacted T&M! From the lady that answered the phone to the repairman that drove over an hour at 4:00 to our rescue we had AMAZING service! He was able to troubleshoot our problems and get us fully functioning within a couple of hours! We would highly recommend T & M A/C. Thanks for saving the day!!!

Alex came out for our AC not cooling. He was very thorough and made sure to check all the issues and not just stop with the first problem he ran into. I work at home and he was conscientious of that and was able to do his job while letting me do my job.
Elizabeth at the office was also great calling us back as soon as they opened and getting someone out same day. I highly recommend.

Had our spring maintenance this morning and our technician Cody was very professional! He was nice and polite and very thorough with his work. We appreciate T & M and the years of service they have provided for us both at home and at our business.
