Excellent service! They were gracious and respectful to us in the care of our property. Emily Mealer was the Contents manager and was in charge of cleaning and packing up our house after a fire. She was professional and took care of our needs immediately! Ryan was our project manager and coordinated all services. He was wonderful! I would highly recommend them!! Thanks to all that helped in the restoration process!!

Brookstone Restoration did an excellent job packing and moving my belongings. They were very meticulous with each of my personal items . I especially want to thank Lexia for working so extremely hard for two full days. She never took a break or stopped to eat. She not only provided supervision and support for the team but, she worked harder than everyone. Lexia also assisted the movers with my furniture who also worked extremely hard. I look forward to Lexia and the team moving me back into my home when the restoration is completed. Great job everyone!

Noah and his team were not only friendly, but efficient and responsive. They got the job done quick and left the job site clean. I had an issue with my insurance claim and they were on top of it. This was my second time to use Brookstone and I will continue to do so!

I received the best service imaginable from Brookstone Restoration (the company) and it’s personnel (Shelia & Ray). A company is nothing without great personnel. I have worked with many people but never with anyone who was as genuine and these two. They were very helpful, answered all my questions concerning my service. I honestly believed that they always had my best interest at heart throughout the entire process. I was encouraged at each step of the process. I felt like family. Brookstone is a fantastic organization. I have already recommended others and will continue!

My home flooded related to a busted pipe flooding my home. I spoke with Sheila, originally who was very knowledgeable about the steps I needed to take moving forward. She was professional, courteous, and was quick to get the mitigation team out to my home. She then connected me to my project manager, Ray, who was also amazing. He was also very knowledgeable and honest. He helped me to make the best decisions for my home and needs. The work was done quickly and with great quality. I would definitely use this company again. I am beyond satisfied with the work done.

We had extensive damage from a water leak. Brookstone was the company contracted through our insurance company to remove and replace the damaged items. Throughout what ended up being a several months long process the team at Brookstone was excellent. Our kitchen had original vintage cabinets and the replacement cabinet matched beautifully. Once the project was complete the spaces looked better than before the leak. We chose to upgrade our counters and expected some additional cost for that. We were pleasantly surprised, however, with our flooring that we ended up with better floors than we had originally and stayed in budget. Our project manager, Ryan, answered our texts and calls with patience and promptness. We had never gone through a big insurance claim like this before so we had no idea what to expect. We are happy with the end result and glad we had Brookstone handling things for us.

We had a great experience with Brookstone Restoration! They worked closely with my insurance company and we’re always available for any questions that I had. Scott, our project manager, was great at sending me updates with every step throughout the process. He was great at making sure that we were completely satisfied with the end result before signing anything. He even had his guys come back on the day we were closing on the project for a few updates. Any issues I had during the process he quickly solved them.
The entire crew from the electrical crew he hired out for to his own restoration crew was friendly and professional. I even left the house with them there by themselves for hours at a time and everything was great when I returned. Brookstone Restoration is a trustworthy, honest, and Christian business. 10/10 would hire again!

I highly recommend Brookstone Renovations. They were the absolute best! They worked closely with my insurance company and started work as soon as it was approved. The water extraction team responded to my flooded kitchen, arriving within a short time and started the process of extracting water and drying. My Project Manager was Ryan and he was phenomenal during the restoration process. Extremely attentive to my needs and concerns. Very knowledgeable and always checked the work to make sure I was satisfied.
Brookstone Renovation will be my #1 contact should I need assistance again in the future.

Emily, Lexi and their team were wonderful. My basement flooded and they were tasked to clean my contents. They were responsive, efficient, and effective. Got in and out keeping me in the loop every step of the way. My contents are cleaner now than before my loss. Highly recommend working with their team.

Brookstone was very responsive to my needs and able to make a thorough plan quickly. (We had a silent dishwasher leak) Garrett was readily available, was very helpful and knowledgeable but did not make me feel pressured. Would definitely recommend Brookstone and would use again if needed!

Connie and Sheila at Brookstone were great to work with! After out house flooded, we were unsure how to proceed and they were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I would recommend Brookstone to everyone! It's tough working with contractors sometimes, but Connie made sure we knew what was going on at all times and got us the quickest help she could. We are glad to be back in our house and it honestly looks better now than it did before. Thank you, Brookstone!

The packers were polite and kept us informed of their progress. We aren't in Cullman so we didn't physically see their work.

Cody communicated clearly every step of the way, and always had the best attitude. We are so grateful for the work he and his team did in our building and how quickly and efficiently they responded.
