Jon the technician Wade Heat & Air sent was everything you would want in an AC tech. Professional,courteous,efficient. Diagnosed issue quickly and AC is back up and running! Would refer to anyone with heat and air issues.

The service was excellent from scheduling the service repair to the technician who was on time and responded with a professional and courteous demeanor. An accurate and expeditious diagnosis of the problem was given. Prompt service and repair for the unit and the technician was on his way.

Had a bad blower motor on my heat pump.Adam came out and determined the motor was still under warranty,he drove to hwy 280 and returned that afternoon with a new motor and got me up and running! I'm a new customer of wade heating and cooling after this experience I will be a regular customer!

This company was used by the previous owners of my home, so I decided to use them as well. Now I know why they use them. They came out and did my Winter inspection it was very good experience, so when I started having water heater problem I called them out again. They were very professional, easy too tàlk with. The receptionist Kamala voiçe was always welcoming. I enjoyed doing business with them. It was like doing business the old fashioned way. What a nice change.

Wade heating and air was a HVAC sub contractor for a remodel we're doing and I can say they've been one of the most pleasant parts of the entire project. We added an entire new unit and new duct work for the remodel. Bill was our contact and manager of the HVAC part of the project and simply stated: Bill is the freakin man! He's that rare combination of friendly, honest, and extremely knowledgeable and he went out of his way to make sure we not only were pleased with everything, but also to make sure we made the right decisions; even if that meant us paying less. We didn't have a HVAC company before this, but we do now. We'll be calling Wade Heating and Air for anything we need related to our HVAC system(s) going forward. Highly recommend!

The team was on time. Explained what they were going to do. Following their work effort, they explained their accomplishments and any issues. Very courteous and pleasant. A refreshing change in today’s service industry.

Zach was very professional and polite. He was down to earth and seemed to be honest and dependable. I would recommend this company based on my experience. I did question the $75 labor on top of the $85 service fee that was to replace a warranty part...

Wade’s Heating and Air did a great job servicing our air conditioner. Zach was very friendly and showed up exactly when he was scheduled to come. Just wish he had a new filter to put in to replace our old one.
