Jordan was a blessing for us. Everyone from Ben Franklin have been outstanding. We had called 3 different services before finding this company. Couldn't be happier.

We had a nasty situation develop over the weekend with the line down the hill to our septic tank. Bryson was on time, cheerful, thorough, informative, and most of all successful! The next day, however, the issue reoccurred, not as bad but enough to reach out again. So Eric came by and identified a related, more significant issue using a techy approach.
Then we met Harley who came for our 3rd date with Ben Franklin. Harley and his assistant were here all day replacing a broken pipe in the foundation.
We met 4 outstanding men who were consistently kind, thorough, considerate, well informed, and ultimately successful. We are grateful.

Eric did an outstanding job for us. He was very professional and explained in detail all that he would be doing.
We were so honored to being served by a US Navy Veteran.

Our usual plumbing company called before 8 a.m. to tell us one of their TWO plumbers was sick, and they couldn't get to us for another two days. A close friend had a recent wonderful experience with this location so I contacted them. Less than seven hours later, someone was out. Eric Lovelady was our plumber. He was great, communicating about what was going on and what the repair involved, cleaning up after the work and everything. We'll be using these guys going forward for all our plumbing needs.

Eric was stellar!! He was so honest and helpful! He explained everything and was so quick and thorough! 100000/10 recommend!! I will definitely be requesting him for any future work needed he was great!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s claim of being open 24 hours certainly held true this Saturday morning. I contacted them regarding a kitchen sink plumbing leak, and my call was promptly answered. My information was taken professionally, and I was given a service window between 12 PM and 4 PM for when a technician would arrive.

I truly appreciate the efforts of the management team for keeping me informed about the technician’s status prior to arrival. Mr. Rider. M. arrived within the promised timeframe, eager to assess the issue. He clearly explained the problem, offered a practical solution along with pricing, and executed the plan efficiently once I agreed.

Eric and Joe did a great job and resolved the problem on the first visit. Water pressure in the house is now ideal, even when running multiple fixtures simultaneously. They had to dig out the box in order to access a valve they needed to replace, and when they were finished, you could not tell this had happened. Thanks for a job well done!

Chase arrived a few minutes after the time he had given me at his initial call. He was courteous and well mannered. He assessed the issue and checked for his supplies and got right to the job. He was in and out in under 45 minutes.

Chase was great! Kept me updated on what he was doing and cost of service. Very respectful of my home. Would use again!

Michael Hudson did an excellent job installing crimped copper lines for my hot water heater.. Helpful explanations, while being extremely fast & attentive. Also provided a lot of instruction and knowledge sharing during the install. Highly recommended.

My experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing was excellent. The young man assessing my situation and the young man actually fixing my problem were both very knowledgeable. Each were here when they said they would be. The young man actually installing my water heater worked diligently to compete the job. I am very satisfied.

Chase and Zander were VERY patient and thorough in checking out our fireplace and wall heater and teaching us how to use them. We are in our 70's and if they can make it clear to us, they can do it with anyone. Thank you very much to Benjamin Franklin.

I decided to call Benjamin Franklin because of the positive reviews of their services. This was an excellent outcome for me and I will definitely be using BF for future services.

Chase Mayo repaired our two leaky outdoor spigots and in process discovered home pressure regulator faulty. He is thorough though and as a result the repair was more involved and costly than expected. The two-year warranty on repairs softened the bottom line. If you want a professional who is friendly and easy to work with, request Chase for your next plumbing job.

Chase Mayo was able to come out late and fix a pipe that had burst beneath our house. He was professional, courteous and fixed our issue quickly. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing, and appreciate the service Chase provided.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Chase & Zander came out ready to address my leaking pipe! Chase is professional & knowledgeable. I can’t recall the other young man’s name that came out to repair but I also had a great experience with him as well! I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Eric and Jo were great. Friendly and great customer service. Provided a lot of great information and explained what they were doing in a way that someone who doesn’t know about plumbing would understand.
