Craigs Quality Tree Service was excellent from start to finish! From calling the office, Debra dispatching the guys to assess, contract signing, to removing and haul off — ALL IN THE SAME DAY. Even a follow up with pictures of the job before, during, and after. We are grateful for this team and look forward to a working relationship with them in the future! Thank you all so much for helping us!

I had my second go around with Craig's tree service. I had 3 trees taken down 3 years ago and one taken down today. I have been impressed by their work. I have no hesitation about recommending them to anyone looking for tree work. Timely response and communication throughout.

Also, sorry to hear about Craig's passing. Two of the guys in today's 3-man crew were here the first time as well, so I'm glad the daughter is able to step in and that the crew is sticking together.

Had several trees removed, stumps ground and fallen trees removed. All done by a professional crew. Will call on them again when need arises. They are highly recommended by me.

I have used Craig's service twice and have been pleased. Other services I tried to contact either never called me back or took weeks to do so. With Craig, I got quick response for an estimate, and work was started promptly.

Had a large tree fall on a rental house on 6-26-16. Called Craig. Within a few minutes of my call they were at work on my tree. Took about six hard hours to get this giant tree off the house. These guys never missed a beat. They know what they are doing and they hit the ground running. I could not ask for better or faster service.... I am one happy customer.

The guys did a great job trimming huge overgrown hard to reach bushes. They were very eager to please and accommodated all my requests. They were very polite and respectful and cleaned up the debris. Communication with the customer about schedule and arrival times needs to be better, but we are very pleased with their work.

I contacted 3 other tree services and found them completely completely unreliable and unprofessional. If you are doing your due diligence stop here. This job was for 3 trees in excess of 30 feet tall and was dangerously close to the power line feed going into my house. and was very close to my house. All of the other companies said that they did not need to contact the power company. Craig’s Tree Service coordinated the job with the power company and I deeply appreciated the professionalism.

We had multiple trees cut down. When I called to get an estimate Craig was here within 2 days. The men that came were professional, courteous and friendly. They cleaned up the yard & did some extra work. I will definitely call them again.

Craig and his team are very professional and efficient. A tree fell on my house and they were there in just a couple of hours in the storm and rain. They had to get a very large oak tree off and out of the house. Craig was very helpful with the cost.

Craig's service was excellent. They arrived on time, removed the tree (a huge red oak that was laying on my house), installed tarps to keep out rain, and then did an EXCELLENT cleanup. When they left, other than the hole where the tree had been, the yard looked like my lawn service had just finished up. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Wow. Craig has a great crew and they worked very hard to make sure I was happy during the large project they did for me. Craig's had all the right equipment to handle the job and left my place cleaner than when they arrived. Craig and Danny were very easy to deal with and I strongly recommend him for any tree care work.
