We enjoyed having Troy look at our gas stove and provide information as to what our alternatives were. We decided it was time to replace it because of the age.
He was on time. Very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Troy and or the company.

Amazing customer service!! We had the privilege of speaking with a friendly person on the phone & not a machine!! Troy was very thorough & found the problem with our dryer right away. We were very appreciative of all his help!! Great company!

I called Appliance Mechanic on Monday about some issues we were having with appliances in our home, and they came out to our home that Thursday. Troy was on time, extremely kind, and explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. We were not sold any unnecessary repairs or maintenance- just great, honest service. I appreciate that they guarantee their inspection or repair for some time after they come out for service. We will 100% use them again and would be more than happy to recommend them to friends or family!

Troy did a great job. My 85 yr old mom did not believe my husband or myself when we told her nothing wrong with washer. He checked it all out and nothing wrong. He explained to her that what her washer was doing was normal. Thanks

I have had a good experience so far with Appliance Mechanic. The front office did their best to get me scheduled at a convenient time as quickly as possible and my service agent, Troy, was right on time. Troy explained the issue and is working with me to help resolve it. I was left contact info and encouraged to reach out if the issue needs more attention. I will definitely use this company again. I can highly recommend.

Service call timing was perfect. Troy was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. He accomplished the job in a snap. I couldn’t ask for better. You can’t go wrong with “The Appliance Mechanic”.

My refrigerator freezer quit. I called Appliance Mechanic and April scheduled a service call for me. She was very nice and professional. I had just dealt with another company about my stove and it was a nightmare. I received a text, when to expect the service and also a text when Marlon was on the way. The text had the service techs name and picture so I knew who to expect! Marlon was very nice and professional as well. He diagnosed the problem within a reasonable amount of time! I am very pleased with this company. I will definitely call them in the future.

Marlon and his son Justin did a great job for us. We had a leak coming from our water filter in our refrigerator. They identified our problem on the first visit and when they returned with the new part they had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. Working great now.

Communication with the company was excellent. When we scheduled a time with them we would receive a text when they were en route and they arrived 15 minutes early both times. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

The refrigerator and stove are both 20 plus years and STILL kickin! We love Marlon and April! Not only is their expert service top notch, but we get an honest appliance education as well! Thank you for all that you do! A company with integrity AND professionalism like yours is VERY rare and hard to find today!!!

Called this company on the recommendation of a friend and I can tell you this my friend gave us a great recommendation. These folks were kind they were patient and they were prompt and knowledgeable about problem we were having with our washer. Troy Hill, the young man they sent out To troubleshoot our problem arrived on time he asked me briefly to go back over what was happening with The washer and went right to work show. It didn’t take him long to diagnose the problem and we discussed pricing to get it fixed and The cause of the problem. The estimate was about what I thought it would take to fix it. Now my washer is close to 30 years old and I told him that I thought fixing it would be of course cheaper than A new one and that the fix probably would keep it running another 30 years since the washer is in good shape. He came back and fixed it at the appointment time And it’s been humble along ever since very glad to admit this person. Troy is excellent at the job and the company appears to be everything that I’ve heard it is. I’m definitely gonna use them again if I need to

Found what was wrong-so much to pay for parts and labor, Im getting a new refrigerator/freezer. Troy was great. Explained everything !! I will keep his name in my records.
