Reached out to a carpet cleaning company regarding a bleach stain on our carpet. Jeffery asked for a photo of the affected area and suggested a carpet repair instead of dyeing, given the carpet's multi-color nature and the fact that we had leftover carpet from a previous installation. Jeffery made sure the carpet pile matched perfectly and trimmed the fibers to match the existing carpet. We are extremely satisfied with how he matched it so well that we can't even spot where the repair was done. In addition to the carpet repair, we had our tile and grout cleaned. We were thinking about replacing it all across the house, but now that the tile and grout have been cleaned and restored, we've decided a remodel isn't necessary at this point. Big thanks to the carpet cleaning company for the outstanding job!

The cost was significantly lower than the quote I received from the other service, and I was so thankful for that. When I expressed my gratitude, he mentioned his goal was to 'save me some money and get my carpet cleaned.' He definitely exceeded my expectations and turned me into a loyal customer. I initially gave a low rating because the first time they came to clean my carpet (800 sq ft) and the air ducts, it felt a bit rushed and not well done. They didn’t clean under the furniture, and there was still debris on the stairs. However, after my first review, Bryson & Sons Carpet Service reached out to me, apologized, and sent two new technicians to fix the issue. Duane and Jeffery were extremely careful and thorough, and they did an excellent job. I will definitely ask for them next time. Kudos to the team for taking the initiative to send out different technicians to ensure quality service!

I had an excellent experience with a carpet cleaning service! They truly surpassed my expectations while getting my home ready for sale. Along with deep carpet cleaning, they took care of grout cleaning and repair, and they also helped with several other tasks I wasn't even aware they offered, like painting and pressure washing! Micah and his team really made things easier for me and were much more of a one-stop shop than I realized! If they didn't handle something, Micah always had a referral, whether it was for plumbing or carpet removal and replacement. Each of those referrals provided the same high level of service I had come to expect from Micah and his team. I highly recommend this carpet cleaning service!

They promptly replied to my request, offering the best rate out of the four quotes I obtained, and scheduled me in without delay. Andrew arrived punctually to start the job and was extremely amicable. His teammate, Jeffery, joined him and they tackled two indoor and one outdoor carpet, as well as a large area rug. They worked swiftly and all the items looked amazing. They managed to remove some hefty stains on our main carpet that had been there for years. Our rug looks lively again! They even left behind a surprise bag filled with sweet treats which delighted our children. :) I can't recommend them enough!

Jeffery and Duane arrived promptly and exhibited a high level of professionalism. They were attentive to my requirements. My white carpet had some stubborn stains that were resistant to cleaning. Despite their best efforts, the stains proved stubborn. I had inquired about a protective spray, but they advised against it, considering it could void my warranty. They could have easily done as I requested, which would have cost me more. However, they prioritized my best interests. Their service fees were quite reasonable, which was one of the reasons I chose them. A fantastic team! I would suggest their carpet cleaning services to all my friends in Birmingham.

Craig was great; he moved all the furniture when taking the rug and put everything back in place when he returned it. The cost was 25% less than another company I considered. Tristan recently cleaned the carpets in our Birmingham home that we were getting ready to sell. It was a big job since our kids and two dogs had really made a mess on the carpets. Andrew and Justin did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets! They were very polite, professional, and made us feel comfortable right away. Since we’re older, we couldn’t really get things ready before they arrived, but they told us not to worry and took care of everything. Our carpets hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and we have two senior dogs who sometimes have accidents, but Andrew and Justin pretreated all the stains and now you can’t even tell there were any spots. The carpets look great! They cleaned three big rooms and a set of carpeted stairs in under an hour, and everything looks so fresh. We’ll definitely be calling them again and will ask for Andrew and Justin next time!

i can't recommend carpet cleaning enough! i had pretty low expectations for the price, but now my carpet looks completely new all over my townhouse. justin, the technician, really knew his stuff, and the results are amazing. don't wait to schedule a cleaning or reach out with any questions, because he will answer anything or even show you what he can do. he even gave me a better time estimate for arrival than the customer service rep when confirming my appointment. my carpet honestly looks better than brand new. i wish i could give more than 5 stars

I called in the morning to schedule a carpet and couch cleaning, and Ruben was able to come by that same afternoon! Ruben was very professional and friendly. He explained the entire cleaning process and worked hard to make my old, dirty couch look fresh and new again. He also took care of the carpets and rugs around the couch, taking his time to get everything clean. Ruben even showed me the difference between the before and after, so I could see how much cleaner everything was.
