I glad I called for my carpet done by mr chan.and he came and showed out I'm glad I called express carpet it was professional and done. In a timely manner he had reasonable prices and good customer service

Uses a fake profile with fake videos and pics along with testimonials to find customers and does a halfway done job. I have pics. Then expects full payment for a half done job. I even had a second opinion and have to pay for someone else to fix what was done. When I said I would pay for work done I was threatened that if I didn't pay full price for this half done job,"I would be sorry ". They wouldn't let me talk to the person in charge and kept changing the story as to the connection with the fake profile, videos, and pics of jobs done and customer remarks. First said the profile was who advertised for them. Second, he said he was like a contractor with them and his " boss" was actually based in Pakistan. Lol He's lucky he was paid $100 when i have to pay another company to fix the mistakes made and job half done.

This was the wort money I have ever spent. He makes fake profiles. When you think of inside detailing it’s the whole thing for $155 a vacuuming service that doesn’t even end up right. My dad cleaned it better after he got done because there was no cleaning at ALL. It was a whole scam.
