The service was prompt and the problem was solved. Had a major water leak from the kitchen sink. Samuel showed up on time, identified the problem and fixed it. He even let me watch. Knowing what it costs to get quality work done, I cannot complain about the price.

Needed new hot water tank installed, technician was right on time, knowledgeable and friendly and done in reasonable amount of time. Awesome experience and highly recommend.

Hello, the technician arrived as discussed. He went in the attic to inspect the furnace and went outside to inspect the A/C unit. Also, he made sure the thermostat inside was working properly. He discussed with me the operation of everything. The technician was courteous and professional throughout the visit. I would recommend this company for HVAC service...

The repairman was early. Did not have to wait all day. Really appreciate that. Also, he did a wonderful job with the tune-up. Looking forward using your service again. I will recommend to my friends if they have issues with their AC unit.

My husband contacted Comfort Dynamics Cooling to get a quote to replace our unit on Monday and Chris was at our house on Wednesday! Chris was very helpful and professional throughout his visit to our home, so I decided we would go ahead and get the unit installed. Chris let us us a portable AC until we got the unit installed, which was on Friday! David and Cayce installed our unit, and they were outstanding! They showed up around 9am and immediately went to work! They were very professional and they didn't leave a mess when they were done. Great customer service and wonderful professionalism.

I am very pleased with services provided by Comfort Dynamics. I used their plumbing services for installation of a sink and faucet. Joey was very professional and communicated well answering my questions, etc. i would be happy to use them again.

I had my fall tune-up and I was very pleased with Sean's professional. I'm always impressed when time is given to put things back in their place. I will admit I've paid more for less. Leaves were removed from inside my unit and just overall attention to detail. I will be using them in the future. Thanks Sean.

I called this company to install an electric vehicle charger in my garage after a google search on Angie’s . The technician actually came out on Good Friday and installed the charger in my garage as needed. BJ is an excellent electrician as well as a really nice guy and very professional. I would definitely call and request him again if needed. They gave me a discount for being a first responder and that took over a hundred dollars off the final bill and no wires as showing . By no means is any profession cheap but for the timely response and the professionalism I received, I would definitely pay the money again without question and you should too! You get what you pay for .

Operator was on time, very professional and diligent. He I introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. Once complete, He then explained his findings and recommendations thoroughly And asked if I had any questions. He then left me a full report for my records and review. I was very impressed with him and the service, I have no doubt on who to call in the future. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the services I received from Comfort Dynamics. I had our heating annual checkup. The price was very reasonable and the service excellent. I, also, used the plumbing service and I could not have been more pleased with the service and price. This company is my “go to” company for all their services.

Today out of the blue I had water on the floor under my water heater. I called Home Depot looking for Rheem brand. A nice lady helped me set up installation and immediately I received a call from Comfort Dynamics. I spoke with Quintin and he was great. I took a chance and we set a time. The tech, Samuel showed up right on time. Removed the old one and installed the new one exactly as we had talked about. I'm so happy I called them. Very satisfied!

I just wanted to start with the fact that I was initially on the fence with Comfort Dynamics due to mixed reviews, but I'm so glad we gave them the chance!

Long story short, our blower motor finally gave up the ghost. Jared came out the same day we called them, and had our A/C working before he left --- and working better than it had been before all of this started.

Another company, Bill Bradley, had quoted us a price over 2x what Comfort Dynamics charged us to replace the motor.... ...To put it into perspective, what we paid comfort dynamics for everything wouldn't have even covered the labor costs for BB -- let alone the part itself. Jared finished the job in roughly an hour for what BB said would take 4 hours * 2 people.

The way I see it is when a company wants to sell you on replacing everything, they'll make it seem as if fixing the issue will cost so much compared to the cost of a new system....and isn't worth it to 'put a bandaid' on the existing system.

Yes, the system in question is quite old, but definitely not on its last leg as we were led to believe. I'll just leave it at that.

As for Jared, he was awesome, and a really cool guy all around. There wasn't any sort of high pressure upsells or anything of the sort. He quickly diagnosed the issue and didn't waste any time in getting the job done.

In this day and age it's so hard to find a trustworthy repair company, and I know for a fact that comfort dynamics is one of them. I'm happy to say that we'll definitely be repeat customers. We already have an appointment setup tomorrow for them to come out and perform routine maintenance on our HVAC unit.

It's definitely worth noting that you can pay for their services with a home depot credit card! If it wasn't for that, we would still be sweltering without A/C.

The technician was very polite. He called to let me know he had picked up our toilet from Home Depot and was close to our home. He was very thorough. After installing the handle, it was not functioning properly and had one that worked appropriately. Also Home Depot had sold us a water supply hose that was not long enough and he was able to correct that as well. He went above and beyond to provide an exceptional service. Thank you!

I have used Comfort Dynamics for about two years as most of the specialists I used retired. So I was looking for specialist that gave personal care and but most importantly being specialisst in their field. I have been very impressed with the quality of connection and follow up. I purchase 3 HVAC heatpumps and 2 hot water heaters. I have not been disappointed in the followup with their inspections and timeliness.

I love their technology program for their appointments. It keeps you informed as to steps to the appointment time and arrival time as well as info about your tecnician. . I love the intro to the technician and the picture they send that lets you verify he/she is the correct person who arrives at your home. This gives me the assurance that they value our security.

I highly recommend if you need quality care to the upkeep of your home infrastructure you can be assured of this when you select Comfort Dynamics

I cannot say enough positive things from the employees at Comfort Dynamics. We had to replace our upstairs unit on the week it was supposed to be in the teens. They came out and inspected our unit, broke the cost down by repair vs replace and took their time and walked us through it. They simply advised and never were pushy one way or the other. They came out the next day and had the new unit installed and working right before the extreme cold temperatures arrived. Very friendly, respectable and reliable. Could not ask for more!

This team of 4 - David, Joshua, Cayce and Casey is phenomenal. We were replacing two 20-year old Rheem systems, both in the attic. I honestly thought this was a two-day job, although we were told it would be a one-day job, but working as a team and with a process of everyone knowing what they are to do, they got it done! Because our systems are in the attic, I’m sure this made the job quite a challenge. We purchased the Bryant Evolution and love the many bells and whistles that come it. So far, we are extremely pleased, though I admit we have to learn and adjust to how a variable speed HVAC system works. The sales team, Michael and Shane, told us the systems are quiet, and that they are! We’re looking forward to seeing the difference in our energy bill.

Great customer service from beginning to end. When we were looking to replace our water heater, Comfort Dynamics was able to look at our needs and offered 2 solutions. They were the most affordable and prompt service provider. RJ Moore, technician, arrived on time and walked me through the process. He was quick and went through the features of our replacement water heater. Overall, very pleased.

The two technicians whom came out were unbelievably honest and most helpful. I highly recommend them for all your service needs. Thank you Joey and Ryan for restoring my faith in humanity...

Communication was excellent. Justin was on time. Very professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing to my husband. He pointed out things that need to be done in the future. We will definitely call and schedule later. Very good experience, highly recommend.

Fantastic company. Josh is our tech, great guy, and was even willing to come out on the weekend when he wasn't working to fix something quick. These guys go above and beyond. Definitely will be sticking with them.
