Friendly, very competent folks and reasonable pricing for annual maintenance on new Trane system they installed in 2018. Highly recommend! As of 2026, I am still having them do routine checks twice each year, and zero problems with my Trane unit thus far. Zach is a great technician!

Whenever there’s been a problem with my units, they have someone at my house to fix it within a few hours. And the visit and labor cost nothing because I have a service plan with them that covers such problems and also provides for twice per year maintenance visits. My units are doing great since they installed them in 2013.

They first came to replace a part on my heat pump, they price was modest. Then they offered twice a year cleaning for a price I accepted. They cleaned it the next day, after 6 months they contacted me to come again. The emoyees were very nice and explained whatever I asked, they were, knowledgeable, thorough and professional

Arrived on time. Explained what they were going to do, asked if I had any questions. Cleaned up when done. Tested everything and explained all the work that was done. Showed how to operate the smart thermostat and use the app. Great job!

I'm very pleased with the technician Todd Sullivan's work. I have never seen such a thorough and complete work done before. For many years the HVAC system at our house had been regularly serviced for preventative maintenance/ check up, however none of the contractors had done such an outstanding and detailed job as Todd did today. It seems as if he was taking care of his appliances at his own property.

Technician was excellent. Provided good feedback and kept us informed as to what he was doing at each stage of the inspection.

Our technician, Alex, stood out to us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each step of the process, even inviting us to observe. Despite working the late night to ensure our AC was working, He took the time to talk with us, and we actually enjoyed the time he was there. We’ve never had a more pleasant experience with someone working in our home.

Alex's genuine demeanor and transparency was a refreshing change from past experiences. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our needs and wasn't looking to push unnecessary services. This was in stark contrast to the previous company that wanted us to replace something that didn't need replacing. As a result, we saved around two thousand dollars by choosing Ethridge.

Everyone was nice and professional. My technician Alex was the best! He explained everything to you that has to be done and cost associated. He was so courteous and respectful of your home. Great communicator and such a great conversationalist. Never made u feel rushed, uncomfortable, or have anxiety over them in your house. Anyway, kudos to Alex on a job well done. I will always request him when I need something done by Ethridge.

Great customer service! Very dependable. Staff are quit to return calls and to resolve issues. This was our regular winter checkup.

Was able to come out quickly, diagnose the problem, and fix it within about 15 minutes. Also, signed up for membership to save money on future checkups & visits.

Excelled in customer service .... Ethridge did an outstanding job in the replacement of our AC unit. They were very professional and quick. We had to be out of town on the install day and it went great. The only way we knew they were here was the AC was working :). Would definitely use these guys for service and new equipment.
