The folks at Service Tech have handled all our A/C and Heat Pump needs since 1994. Our house has an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit with gas heat. They have always responded quickly and efficiently. When we had to get a new gas water heater, they helped us through the financing in cooperation with the gas co. Nearly 30 years I've dealt with them and never had a complaint.

They're the only service industry company I would write a review for. I hope I'm not jinxing my luck!

Right after I posted he review 👆 above, Service Tech was bought by Hiller.

I wasn't sure about Hiller but since then, I have had several repairs and found them to be just as good as Service Tech. I am very grateful for that.
Today, I had to call them for a plumbing problem. Man was I impressed.

Alex Ritter was sent out and was up front about price, gave me options, was professional and friendly. He asked if I had used Hiller before. I explained that I had used Service Tech, now, Hiller for AC/Gas but had never used their plumbing services. He told me Hiller was the best and he was right.

The Service Tech staff was absolutely amazing to work with. They explained all of our options and answered all 100 of my questions simply and without frustration, making sure we ended up with the best product for our family. We chose the Amana-S and we are already seeing the energy savings, not mention the cool air.

The install team Jared, Robert, and Brandon were exceptional. They were polite, helpful, and kept everything so clean! They made a customer for life out of me!

On-time, friendly, and helpful. Didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need. Shane was great!

Very pleased with the service provided. The guys that came out were great. Had to have the toilet flange replaced.

Carlos with Hiller did a fantastic job. He was very respectful and diligent in working. He explained everything so that I understood. I’m glad he was the technician sent to replace the furnaces. Couldn’t be happier with his work!

The two technicians were absolutely wonderful. They arrived on time and explained in detail what the job would consist of and provide details throughout the process. They were very professional, knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole project. I’m 100% satisfied with Hiller and I would recommend them to everyone I know needing their services.

Shane the plumber here is great! Experienced, courteous, on time, felt like the services and prices were very fair to clear a clogged drain. Got next day service easily. Highly recommend!

Carlos was amazing! He came first thing in the morning after I scheduled for them to come out the night before. Very professional and thorough. He took the time to explain/ show me exactly what was going on. Highly recommend!

Andrea is awesome. Knowledgeable, considerate and just a nice guy. He is meticulous when he is looking through an electrical system. I would trust him to work any project I have going.

As an update, I have been using Hillers service on multiple properties for about 2 years. They are amazing. Alex hit a home run for me today. Consistently great service.

I can't say enough good things about Hiller and their handling of my parents' HVAC system. Shane Robertson with Hiller was very professional and explained everything well. He performed the plumbing check-up service in a timely manner. He wore the booties so my floor stayed clean. He was respectful of my time since I work from home. I am enjoying the privileges that come with the monthly membership to keep my heating, cooling, and electrical up.

In moving into my new house we came to realize we had a severe plumbing issue (as bad as it could get in back ups) after our property manager had sent 3 different people (not plumbers as they claimed). I had spent 3 + hours trying to keep flooding overflow at bay JUSTIN ARMSTRONG with HILLER came to the rescue!!!!!! Justin was the Knight in Shining overalls (butt crack and all lol) He asscessed the problem and got to work immediately. Only maybe an hour an a half later he was completely done. I don't write reviews but in JUSTIN ARMSTONG'S case I will back him 100% !!!!!!

We were having problems with our AC keeping up in this heat and making weird noises. We contacted Hiller and they were here within a few hours. Derrick was thorough and knowledgeable and he took time to explain everything to us. We will only ever use Hiller!

Shane was amazing! We Called and he was there within an hour on a Sunday afternoon to remove a clog in our main sewer line. Very professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend Hiller Plumbing!

After reading several reviews, I decided to contact Heller, LLC. Chris answered the phone when I called. He was extremely courteous and eager to help. While chatting about the upcoming appt, I mentioned how much I enjoyed the company's on hold messages. He was delighted to hear that. He made arrangements for Alex to visit the property and make the necessary repairs. Alex arrived within an hour of my call and worked with my husband to make the necessary repairs. From what my husband said, Alex was knowledgeable, skilled and very efficient. From my first contact, to paying the invoice, I can't say how thrilled we were to experience this level of customer service throughout the entire process.
