Jay with Western Sales and Service to the rescue !!! Relaxed professionalism, mixed with expertise of plumbing, and wearing protective gear from Covid-19. Jay, with his helper, replaced 2 old leaky outside sptickets. Less than 24 hour request for assistance and Western Sales fixed my plumbing issues. Thank you so much for being a wonderful business and providing quality service. They have been my go to plumbing, heating and a/c vendor for almost 20 years. 5 stars !!!

Western Sales' Frank was able to diagnose and repair my brother Frank's (yes, two Franks) central air conditioning. Western gave many options / times for the repair. Frank from Western pulled into the driveway and went right to work. Frank from Western was also super great in coordinating with roofers, today. New roof today, too. As I was only available this Friday. I thank you Western for being dependable, accountable, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you for sending Frank to help my brother, Frank !!!

Thorough routine maintenance of two HVAC units. One unit had stopped working in the previous week and needed repair. Arrived on time and was extremely courteous and professional. Completed service and replaced part in broken unit. I’ve had the same technician taking care of routine maintenance and repairs for the past 5 years and am very pleased with the quality of all work. Service rates have increased dramatically in past 2 years.

I would definitely work with Jonathan and Hank again. Both guys were friendly and explained what was going on with my plumbing issue. Jonathan showed compassion for my problems and worked to try and fix it. Great customer service.

Excellent response to emergency situation on a very hot day! Courteous service and new motor back up and running within 2 1/2 hours! So appreciative to Clay and Western!

Frank Ray came to investigate a possible gas leak in the furnace. He found two leaks in the flex supply line, so he brought it up to code with new solid pipe. It’s nice & warm now, with no more gas odor. We were very pleased with Mr. Ray’s promptness and efficiency. We have been satisfied customers of Western for over 45 years. Enough said!

Great service today 8-5-20. Jay came and he is very, very knowledgeable, prompt, neat, and friendly. We are so happy to have a bathroom commode problem resolved. Thank you!!! If we have other plumbing I hope Jay will come even though he is now in sales.

Over the holidays we discovered our water heater was leaking and inoperable late at night. The next morning Western responded. Throughout the day three different technicians descended on our property getting the old one hauled away, a new one relocated and installed and even helped clear out unnecessary ductwork. Respectful and professional, they didn't stop until the work was completed even though into dinner hours. They kinda left a mess but we were there to clean it up. They did no damage. We had hot water and no leaka in less than 2r hrs. Please support this company as opposed to the larger top-heavy ones. These guys do great work and are committed to customer satisfaction.

I cannot say enough great things about my recent experience with Western Sales and Service. Want to give a special shout out to Tracey- she was so helpful. Their customer service and work is second to none. I will be a lifelong customer now for all of my heating and cooling needs. Will gladly recommend to any of my friends who need HVAC work or replacement in the future.

Great service! Jonathan was friendly and was able to get started right away after I described what was going on with the pipe. He was done in less than an hour and we haven't had any issues with the drain since.

The billing process was very transparent. He had all of the services listed on an iPad and showed me exactly what he was choosing from in order to correctly charge for snaking the drain. There were no hidden charges or "nickel & diming" going on.

Western Sales and Services, Inc recently installed a new Cozy Floor Furnace in my 93 year old Mom's house. Everything about the experience was excellent, from the initial visit until completion of the installation. Their employees were professional, worked quickly and efficiently and the office workers were very helpful in arranging for financing. My Mom has been using Western Sales for over 30 years and highly recommends them.

Jerome is such a nice and knowledgeable technician! He has worked at our house 2 times, and we were pleased with the work both times. Western’s customer service and office staff, Hope and Christina, have also been very responsive and helpful!

Jay came to talk to me and get the information he needed to give me a quote on work I need done at a house. He was polite, courteous and friendly. He didn't do any work, but said he'd call me in a few days with information.

Western Sales & Service has been a long time vendor for First Congregational Church who has always provided professional work and great customer service. Their techs have been on time, professional and knowledgeable. Not only has their work been professional but also qood quality. Would recommend them for plumbing as well as heat and AC services.

Update 2025: It has been several years since our last review. Western Sales and Service and Frank, their technician, did a wonderful job in fixing an issue that was not easy. It required repeated follow up because the parts from the manufacturer were detective. They followed it up until the problem was resolved, and we are so grateful!

We arrived home to a thermostat that was totally unresponsive, so no heat or air. It was predicted to be near freezing the next night. A call late in the afternoon resulted in a technician in our home the next morning. Frank, our technician, took care of our problem and was very professional. We are so grateful to them for getting to us quickly!

Johnathan met me on time to give me an estimate for toilet replacement and was able to install it that same morning. He and assistant were polite and efficient. Installation went seamlessly despite Johnathan having to find my unit's water cutoff in basement. Both he and his assistant left my bathroom spotless.
