Fabulous experience. Prompt bid. Excellent advice from owner. Fair price. Right on time for job. Courteous, experienced crew. Left things very tidy and gave me some additional tree pruning advice for the winter. This company is first class from the owner in down.

Very satisfied. Everyone I dealt with was friendly. Got a quote that was lower than I expected, which means alot in this economy. Did exactly as I asked and did a great clean up. Will be sure to call them again if necessary.

Positive experience! Cleared out several trees between shared fence lines on either side of me. Did an excellent job. Cleaned up and took away debri. Very good communication about arrival times etc. even came back another day to cut back “further”a ridiculously large privet that they already trimmed. Very reasonable.

The best tree service in Birmingham. They removed two large trees that was over the house with no problems. So professional from the owner all the way down to the crews that worked the job. I would recommend this tree service to anyone.

AUF took down a very large Oak tree next to our pool. They covered the pool and were extremely careful not to damage anything. The crew was very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I didn't expect much out of a tree company...

But this team! WOW! They went above and beyond. Guys are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, neat professional and their price was very good compared to other local quotes that I received.

If you are in need of a tree company look no further. I had numerous trees cut and stumps grinded. The quote I received was reasonable, they were on time, efficient and did a good job of cleaning up. I would definitely use them again.

Graham and staff did an exceptional job for us. I have called several other tree companies in the past and have always been told it would be weeks to get by for an estimate. Graham was out to quote within days and completed the job within a week. Trees were cut down on a Saturday and stump grind/debris removed on Monday.

Extremely pleased. Went above and beyond what we asked for. Really took care of us. Graham was great and so was his foreman David and all the men worked hard and were respectful and cleaned up really well at end of job, Highly recommend. AUF arrived the morning of the scheduled day ready to get started. They did a good job cleaning up my property after 20 trees were downed by a tornado. The owner, Graham Henderson, was on site during the work directing activities and working alongside the crew. Not only were the trees removed, but the remaining debris was removed leaving a clean site.

Graham Henderson provided me a quote really fast. Then communication was very easy via text. They performed a tree removal and a stump grinding in my property. I am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.

I got 3 quotes for my tree job, and AL Urban Forestry was the least expensive by almost $2000. Graham and his guys were on time, and they even pruned limbs off of one of my other trees that was hanging over my power lines. They took down and hauled off two BIG trees for under $3500. The owner, Graham, even blew the pine straw out of my front yard and had his guys load it up, too. Highly recommend!

Graham and his crew at AUF did an outstanding job with my tree removal needs. I had two large trees come down in the storm a few days ago. When I called he said he could come take a look almost immediately. He followed through and had a quote within the hour. Then his crew was able to start the same day to get the tree off my roof. Afterwards the crew cleaned up so well that it was hard to tell they were there. Thank you guys!

Graham and AUF are hands-down the best tree service in Birmingham. I had a large 60 year old white oak looming over my home and within a week the tree was gone. Almost no evidence that a tree was in it's place. Graham is honest about his assessments and what work needs to be done. I had 3 other tree services survey around my house and essentially tell me all the trees needed to come down. Graham spotted only the problem trees and groomed the others so they could remain healthy. Not to mention the price was more than fair compared to other companies. Highly recommended!
