Recently had a serious electrical issue at my elderly parents home in needing an entire panel replaced and up to code by the inspection by Alabama Power. From the first phone call I made to the end of the job we are extremely satisfied! Very professional and reasonable. We 100% recommend!!

Bowden electrical is very poor at communicating with their customers. There have been multiple occasions where we have had to initiate phone calls because the company was scheduled to come and did not arrive. They either overbooked or forgot about our appointments. Today we had an appointment scheduled at 2:00 PM, my husband called this morning to let them know which door they could enter in. We have arrived home from work and the problem is not fixed and there has been no communication on if they came to our house or not. Previously they had supposedly done some work prior to us signing our buyer’s agreement and after the fact, when we called them for something totally unrelated, their staff discovered that some of the work had not been completed which left parts of our electrical a major safety hazard and not up to code. Overall, not pleased with this company and especially not happy with the lack of communication.

They never finished their job and wanted full payment before it was done. They haven't come back yet and finished the job and we've called repeatedly and they don't answer the phone or if they do answer that give us a bull crap line. I've been fighting them a year now to come finish the job and fix what they did fix and it keeps tripping the breakers. Don't trust this company at all and don't pay them anything til the job is done.
