Did not get to do business with Pearce on this go around due to them not providing in door window cleaning. But his response to my service call and his follow thru was amazing. I will be doing business with him in the future outstanding.

Softwasherz is working for me and our home alerady for more than 2 years again and again. I have sometimes to remind them to not forget about me but then they ar on the job, reliable and on time to start at the agreed time with a great results.

I needed to get my home power washed quickly so we could take photos to list it for sale. SoftWasherz sent someone to give us a quote right away and was able to get the job done on a Saturday so we could stay on schedule. Great customer service and excellent work on the house. Thanks Pierce!

Pierce was very helpful and friendly. He was able to service our dryer vent the same day that we scheduled, and was thorough. He also made sure to clean up after he finished inside the house and on the roof. We will definitely use this company again!

Outstanding service! not a lame hosedown, these guys have the right equipment and great prices! they included the "swirling scrub" machine as well as bleach, multiple passes and the driveway absolutely looks like it was just put in. And they showed up right on schedule, did their thing, completely cleaned up.

We are not full time residents and wasn't sure who to call to clean our windows on our home. I did a Google search and found this company and the owner was extremely accommodating with scheduling our windows to be cleaned. Pierce followed up with me in order to schedule a time to have our windows cleaned for when we were in town. Chris texted me the day before to let me know he was coming to clean the windows and updated me when he was done. I would recommend this group to anyone in fairhope and the surrounding areas. My windows look great and was easy to arrange.

I’ve used SoftWasherz a few times in the past. I waited a couple of years for my most recent service, as my neighborhood was being built out and red dust was everywhere. I really thought I was going to need to have my pure white house repainted. I figured a wash was cheaper than a paint job, albeit a gamble as whether or not it would come clean. I stopped by my house about 3 hours after the work started and WOW! It looked like a freshly painted house. Kudos to Grady for his incredible work! Pierce and his team are the real deal, and at a price I can live with! Already have my next service scheduled…

I am sure that this positive review will only be lost in the myriad of other great reviews but I feel the need to write it just the same. Pierce and his team at SoftWasherz are truly top notch! I don't think that my experience could have been any better if they had shown up with birthday cake. From start to finish the online registration process was easy and seamlessly translated to a prompt response from the company that immediately took action, on short notice I might ad, on getting my house cleaned and ready for an upcoming sale. They communicated excellently throught the process. I had a quote scheduled at a time of my convenience within a few hours of my initial contact/registration and was on the schedule for the same week immediately following the quote! They even reached out and offered me an earlier time when a slot opened up! The technician who did the washing was thorough and efficient with the cleaning process and the results are stellar! My house is ready for market and these guys helped make it happen in a major way! I cannot thank them enough! If you're looking for a professional, efficient, and easy house washing experience then look no further. These guys are well worth it!

Once again this company, SoftWasherz, has done an amazing job cleaning the exterior of my house! Cody, did a wonderful job! He made my house, driveway and walk so clean. He was very helpful before hand in our texts, as well. He went out of his way to adjust the appointment time to my schedule and was very cautious with my chemical allergies. I left before he started and when I returned after several hours of shopping, there was no odor in my house from the treatment, at all. I will definitely be using this company, yet again, next year for my annual cleaning. Great Job!!!
