Brent took his time and the job right. The previous homeowners repaired a leak and the ply wood was not replaced. Getting a new roof , Brent came out after being recommended by the roofer . Great looking new flashing and storm collar.

Johnathan and Dalton were amazing. The inspection of the chimney cap and pan plus the chimney cleaning was quick, professional, and they explained everything really well. I got to see pictures and options for repair plans. There was no pressure but there was a genuine concern for the safety of my home. I couldn't ask for more!

We scheduled a visit to have our gas fireplace checked out and the dryer vents cleaned out. Top Hat came out and Christopher was amazing! He was genuinely fantastic and we had a great experience on all things. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and my husband and he were able to chat about their time in the military and really connect.

They even sent a text when he was on his way with his photo and little bio which was such an extra touch to give people comfort about who was about to come into their home. He uncovered some install issues in our new construction home, and we scheduled a repair and they called within minutes to schedule the follow up work. All around WELL DONE! 👍🏼

*update he did finally return my call and did a good job cleaning my chimney… he is very busy

I used this company for 30 years and just switched to someone else. They always did good work, but customer service and scheduling have deteriorated.
