Early 2023 I discovered water seeping under the Tile floor in the solarium.
I had to have someone in the construction business immediately to find the source and make necessary repairs.

I contacted Shelton Construction and they evaluated the problem. It took several days to identify the source of the problem. The work was extensive and they were diligent in locating the water origin and forming a plan.
It took several weeks of testing and determining the course of action.

The personnel were efficient, neat and stayed on schedule to complete as quickly as possible.

I was very please with the contracted work they did and hopefully
I will never have another water event.

Shelton Construction did an amazing job remodeling my mom’s home to be more handicap accessible. They were always willing to answer questions and keep us updated on any changes. They are so helpful in getting my mom’s house and helping her get comfortable about her new home. They are still helping us even after the job is done. I would definitely recommend them.
