Eddie was super nice and helpful. Super professional and very knowledgeable. Thankfully nothing major happened and he thoroughly tested fixtures before leaving so we would have piece of mind.

A-Plumber is literally the best plumbing company in Decatur, AL! The technician, Alex Seguin, was assigned to assess the issue at my home. Alex arrived on-time for the appointment along with providing a courtesy call prior to arrival. More notably, Alex was able to identify the issue immediately and provided a non-destructive solution on how to fix my leaky outdoor water-spigot. This recommendation came to a total surprise to me because several other plumbing companies stated that there was no other way to fix the outdoor spigot without cutting through the inside wall of the house (which would have been ALOT more costly). Furthermore, Alex successfully completed the job in about 20 mins and I cannot be happier with the results! The new spigot works perfectly and no more leak! Also, the overall price of this job was less than half of what the other companies quoted in the area. It is also worth noting, that Alex is very pleasant to work with. He is extremely professional, polite and courteous. He answered all my questions with confidence and knowledge of the job. I highly recommend this company and this technician for your plumbing needs!

Our main sewer line was plugged. We needed to get it cleared as we were having several family members visit for the Thanksgiving holiday. A Plumber was very responsive and got the issue resolved on the holiday.

Good work ethic. Engaging personality of the lead Plumber. Finished job has excellent workmanship. My only question is how did the final cost compare to the estimated cost. I simply don’t remember the estimated cost. It would be a good business approach to show the two costs at the end of the job, and then explain differences.

They were here promptly and fixed the problem in no time. Very nice people to deal with. We will be using them next time and telling our friends about what a great job was done

A plumbing was very responsive, answered my call vs. others I called and no answer. They sent out techs same day and resolved my clogged toilet after screening for any/all issues. Highly recommend them! Family-owned business.

Requested assistance with a line that was not draining. The arriving crew quoted a charge for a full investigation. They quickly identified that the line was clear. So, I was only charged for a fraction of the initial quote. Very responsive company with very professional personnel.

They showed up promptly and handled my sink and dishwasher issues in a snap. The technician was so kind and friendly and even asked if we needed anything else to be looked at before he left. This was the third local plumbing company that came out with this same problem and HE fixed it this time. Pricing was reasonable as well compared to the others. Hot water heater had ruptured so we called A Plumber and Eddie got here quickly and had a new one installed within a few hours. Great friendly service done right and fast. Highly recommend!
