Had a water leak under my kitchen sink. The company helped me order the part needed then installed it along with a new garage disposal, however, during install of the garage disposal the technician notice the sink leaking at the faucet. The technician assisted me again with getting a faucet ordered and advised he would be back out to install it (faucet) once it comes in. Thank you for your time, attentiveness, and willingness to come back out to ensure the job is complete once the part is received. Thank you again.

Great service!! Technitians were friendly, courteous and professional. The water heater they replaced was installed quickly and the quality of the work was top notch. Enjoyed my experience with Drain Go and would not hesitate using them again and recommending their service! !

Nice, friendly and SUPER FAST fix! They had my water heater fixed up, added a ballast tank, new valve and several new pipes added in a silly 15 minutes. I was very impressed and the quality of work looks great. Will definitely use DrainGo for any future needs.

Elbert came out on a Friday night to get us through until Leakfinders could come out and repair the broken pipe. He and Kenny returned Sunday afternoon to repair the leak. Kenny was a wonderful tech! He answered all of my questions, was very professional, and got the job done the same day. We have a home warranty through 2-10 Home Buyers and Drain Go is one of their in network contractors. When I noticed the water heater was leaking, it was 24 hours from time we filed the claim to the time our water heater was replaced by Drain Go. They answered my call and got me on their schedule within 2 minutes. We could not ask for better service, especially around the holidays!

DrainGo was selected by 2-10 warranty after the first contractor was a no show. Communications was very clear and technician arrived near the window of time communicated. Service was completed at 2nd visit (would have been done right away if it was not done the bureaucracy of warranty co). Technician was professional and did a great job with toilet flange replacement.

Elbert & his partner came out and figured out my issue quickly. Gave me a run down of what work needed to be done along with a quote. All the work was done quickly and in a professional manner. My quote was the same as the final bill.

Draingo came out the same day to look into our problem. The very next day, they completed the repairs. They were very conscientious of limiting the impact of the repairs, and with that, they saved us a lot of trouble and cost. They're very friendly, tidy, and reliable. I will definitely be using them again!

Drain Go replaced our hot water heater several months ago, and came out today to fix a busted hose bib. They’re fast, responsive, affordable, and do great work! We will definitely be using them for all future jobs!!

Kenny was absolutely awesome. I had a water heater replaced which was moved from inside the house to the garage. I also had a Halo 5 filtration system installed (love it!). The price was very reasonable and the workmanship was stellar. I can’t say enough good things about Kenny and the team and DrainGo. Would highly recommend.

Draingo provided awesome service! The technician, Antonio, arrived on time and was very attentive. Antonio listened to the issues I had then even went above and beyond to troubleshoot an issue I have had at this current rental property for over a year! He also fixed a loose sink faucet without me even pointing it out or asking him to! That shows how thorough and thoughtful he is! The plumber (Tommy Lee) was awesome. He was courteous and professional. Tommy was also very knowledgeable about plumbing. He explained everything in detail and ensured that everything would work out perfectly. His communication skills are excellent. He spoke with my warranty company and made sure that the work that needs to be performed was covered and I appreciate him for that. Overall, Tommy Lee, is an excellent representative for Drain Go Plumbing.

Technician arrived on time, was quick, efficient and tidy. Drained the water heater, inspected & replaced the heating element(s) ----- all while my husband was 'supervising'. I would have no issue using Drain Go Plumbing again in the future. Thank you!

While our Home Warranty company chose Drain Go as the contractor to handle our plumbing warranty service request, we have used them before (via our home warranty). I want to say that Drain Go called me the next morning after my service request with our home warranty and gave me a window of 12-5 for that same day! I was extremely pleased that Michael was here at 12:15 pm!!!! And he was done in less than an hour with our issue. He was very kind, skilled and a pleasure to deal with.
