We are currently trying to buy a home that needs major structural work. Before we even put an offer in on the house we wanted a professional to tell us what it would take to fix the issues. Without hesitation Grant & Walter showed up within a day of calling them and took the time to inspect, advise and provide us a very detailed quote to help us negotiate a fair price for the home knowing that there is a possibility that we may not purchase the home. Their knowledge and professionalism was very impressive and spent hours making sure all our questions were answered. Not to mention, the quote was very reasonable for the amount of work that needs to be done! If we are able to purchase the home they have our business without question! Thank you Gentlemen!

Deep South Construction Pros are a terrific and dependable organization. From the reliable office staff to the professional worker who comes out on site. There is not only deep concern for their customers, but a caring nature that is so relieving. I had prompt reaction time for them coming out to my home which is almost 2 hours for them to commute to. Grant is super knowledgeable and helpful!! When Blake took my call, her response was greatly compassionate and immediately setup a free inspection. I am beyond pleased and satisfied with how awesome they are. Honesty, Integrity, genuine, and graciously responding to their customers needs and concerns. We needed work done in our crawl space for sagging floors. Deep South sent out a crew headed up by Noel Sanchez. They were prompt, courteous and professional and he made sure we were satisfied with the work before leaving. Also, Deep South sent a roofing crew (Xande, Connor & Fernando) to fix the leak that caused the crawl space problem. They also did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend their service.

From the get go, communication was superb. Contacted them on a Monday and the job was done in a prompt and efficient time frame. His men was very professional and knowledgeable about what the job required. Very courteous treated me with the utmost respect.

Excellent company. Hunter came out and quoted the job. We had delays in construction with our General contractor and Deep South was responsive to our scheduling needs and changes.

The job itself was conducted by Austin, Roman and Logan. They installed Helicals, Force Braces, internal drain, vapor barrier and an external drain around our driveway and retaining wall.

It was a large job that they completed on time and with great work and craftsmanship. I was impressed with Austin and his responsiveness. He explained everything they were doing, answered my questions and was generally a really positive and great person to work with.

Could not speak higher of this crew and organization. I look forward to bringing them out for additional work in the future and would recommend them above any other contractor I've recently worked with.

This company was a referral from my insurance agent and after gathering quotes from other companies decided to go with this Deep South Construction. Points for communication, responsiveness and they seemed to go out of their way to help us with foundation repair on a sinking garage corner. Crew who came out to do the work were good dudes too 👍

Side note: don’t let cracks in your house get as bad as the one in my garage lol just get it fixed!!

Just used Deep South Contruction Pros for a full crawlspace encapsulation and a drain system to keep any water out that was seeping in thru the foundation. They did a super job from start to finish! Great communication and started and finished the job on time! Hunter and Austin were easy to work with. I will use them again for any other foundation needs that come up.

Deep South will always be my “go to” for any home issues, they came recommended by a good friend, I honestly had such a smooth, quick, very satisfying experience. I am new to Alabama. My wife and I purchased a home and it needed a lot of work under the house. Mold treatment, encapsulation, and couple of dehumidifiers. Deep South Construction was recommended. They came out did a thorough inspection.
I was presented with a very professional proposal. They lived up to their reputation, actually I believe they did even better.
They treated my family with the utmost respect. They actually brought things to my attention that actually needed my attention, like plumbing issues.
They completed the job on time and left the house better than they found it.
I actually enjoyed having the crew around, especially when one of them was singing songs under the house. They aren't just co-workers they actually act like family (that likes each other).

As a Realtor, having reliable folks to call on when repairs are needed is a MUST, and I cannot recommend Deep South Construction Pros enough! Our first time using them (on the recommendation from another Realtor who had used them for their own home), we had gotten a ridiculous quote on foundation work from another company...my client could not afford it, nor would the work be done quickly, so we were going to have to delay closing. We called Deep South, and Grant, Blake, and their whole crew were extremely helpful, giving us a fair price and completing the work quickly and professionally, and my client was able to afford it, close on time, and rest easy that the work was done well. Deep South Construction Pros will be my go-to from now on!

I can not say enough good things about Deep South! Not only were they well priced and diligent, they were also so helpful, fast to respond and always gave the best advice for the scope of work needing to be done. I will recommend them 100 times over. We had a particularly complicated situation that required them to jump through hoop after hoop and not only did they do it, they maintained consistent communication and updates through it all.

Can’t thank Deep South Construction Pros enough. Had the bricks around our flowerbed repaired. The repair team were true professionals and completed the work in a fraction of the time that we expected. We had Deep South come out to bid on a crawl space encapsulation and draining. They provided a detailed estimate at a very fair price. They did the work exactly as described and ahead of schedule. Needed to have my front door replaced. Was an old drafty mobile home type door. They gave me a great estimate. Their door team come out and replaced the door with a new frame. Had it done in one day and I couldnt be happier. New door doesn't let the heat or cold in and looks great! Team was polite and did a great job cleaning everything up and was attentive to every detail.

They did an absolutely beautiful job of removing three interior load bearing walls in the kitchen and living rooms.
