Our pool heat pump quit heating, so we called Aquacal, and they hooked us up with American Air. The technician came out the next morning and fixed the problem in an hour and a half. Warm pool water again!

My heat went out and American Air owner Tim knew exactly what the problem was and he had an employee at my home when he said he would work was done with kindness and respect.Very seldom do you find a company that does what they say they will do and performs their work 100% as they are suppose to. Thanks American Air for getting our heat back to working.

Joe came out today and it was a small rock in the AC water drain line that was periodically keeping the float on and off. He was quick and really professional. The temp was a high of 99 today so it was nice to keep it from cutting on and off.

Great service, Zach came through when our AC went out. Same day service and a fair price we highly recommend their company.

There are droves of A/C companies out there but these guys at American Air are honest people, if you need a blower motor they're not gonna sell you a entire system. They will do the right thing and tell you the truth and even show it to you and tell you why. They also do maintenance which I like because it keeps your units running, and if they find something that needs to be fixed while they are checking it out they'll bring it to your attention, fix it on the spot and not charge you a service call. Still going to cost you money but at least you know more about what's going on with your units and have peace of mind. It's the doctor visit for your air conditioner. Call Tim he's the owner, if your A/C isn't doing the job I suggest asking him about doing the maintenance on your A/C. He will get you going and clean your system and then you get a tune up every six months and next time you have a problem it probably will get caught in the tune up and not cost a arm and a leg for them to fix it. Small company with big results

American Air just completed a change out of two older units in my house. They were knowledgeable, hardworking and respectful. Good combination, and I appreciate thier efforts. I highly recommend American Air.

Absolutely amazing. I accidently overpaid the tech that came out because I was hot and bothered and so were my dogs and he called me back immediately and returned my extra payment that I didn't even realize and fixed my ac up enough to work until we can figure put a new system so we aren't sweating because it's older and went out.

I recently purchased a home and have had to call several service providers (roof, electrician, plumber, and now ac). I was pleasantly surprised with this company! Appointment scheduling was easy and immediate. Technician arrived on time, was clean and professional. The technician was familiar with my information as well as that of my home warranty info/co. He performed the service, explained what he was doing, cleaned up after himself, and made sure not to damage any of my floor coverings. He also informed of other things I needed to do to increase the life of the unit and protect me home. Cost was reasonable as I called two other providers to compare the quote before he started. The unit works well now! I wish they did plumbing, roofing, and electric repairs too! Highly recommended!!

We have used American Air twice this summer. The owner, Tim and the technician, Zach were both extremely nice and helpful. They responded quickly to my call. Highly Recommend!

We had our entire heating and cooling replaced by American air with Tim.

We ran into a problem about a month in, however Sarah who is in the office was prompt on getting someone out there. James the tech who showed up was super professional and fixed it. We appreciate them as it was hot!

Isaac cane to my house my emergency heat and outside defrost was not working . Within an hours time he was able to fix both issues that I had. He was straightforward and truthful. I couldn’t ask for a better A/C tech to show up to my house and he got everything fixed in a timely matter.
