Excellent guy! Very professional, courteous and great work. He fixed my unit a couple years ago and no issues at all, works better than day one. Even got parts warrantied for me which saved me money! I recently called him about a thermostat I just put in that he didn't install and he answered the phone not once, but twice to tell me how to program it correctly because it was blowing heat and wouldn't shut off. This is the guy and only guy I would use for my a/c. Most people wouldn't have told me nothing but its a service charge to come out.

I called Jamie with a leaking problem with my A/C, he had a very friendly man at my house at 9:00am the next morning, got the problem fixed and a very reasonable bill… couldn’t have been happier! I will be using this company again!!!

Called Jamie with 3:16 HVAC this morning at 7:37 AM & he had his technician Brandon out here & he had it fixed before 9 AM. Thankful it was a quick & easy fix & am so thankful for the speedy service as I was very stressed today about having my toddler in a hot home

Jamie Nelms did a fabulous job for us! Eighteen months ago we remolded our old homeplace & his team installed a new unit, checked & did a few repairs to our ductwork & we have been well pleased. Unit works great & the team was efficient, cleaned up their mess, & we could not be more pleased. Highly recommend this company!

Brandon is always on time and delivers great service. He is very thorough when he comes by to service our unit. It's lasted more than 10 years now and we attribute much of that to Brandon's professional work. In addition, if we ever need to call, we always get a very prompt response. Thanks 3:16!
