Spidel HVAC came to my house today and serviced 2 units. They showed me pictures of the condition of my units before they cleaned them, and the units were very dirty.

While inspecting my unit, he found a capacitator that was starting to go out. He gave me the price for the repair, and I agreed to have him replace it while he was at my house.

He took the time to service everything properly and explained the process along the way.

This is one of the only HVAC companies that would call me back.

This is a very dependable company, from my experience, and I will be recommending them to others.

Awesome service each and every time! He’s prompt. He’s professional. He’s very knowledgeable. He gets the job done and doesn’t mess around. He will inform you of what he’s doing before he performs the work to make sure you’re finically ok with it before he goes any further with the job. Excellent service!!!! We realized our ac stopped working at almost 8pm. We called and they answered right away and had someone over in an hour! I don’t know how many people Trent has working for him but I have met 3 of them and all three have been very prompt and efficient with the way they carried out the repairs to my system. I thoroughly recommend them.

When our heat went out this weekend, we called Spidel Heating and Cooling. Will came out same day to take care of the problem. It ended up going out again, him and Trent came out to trouble shoot and got us going again. They are are super friendly, honost, stand up guys and just a great company all together. Hope to not need them but we will always call them for future help.

Highly recommend! Trent came out to our house in the same day that I called, great communication on when he was coming, even had automated texts letting me know each step of the way.
