James with Atlas was awesome. He showed up within a couple of hours after calling during the night. Then had the needed part replaced the next mornimg. Turnaround was about 12 hours. Great job!

The people at Atlas are on the top of their game. They are very knowledgeable about their industry and get right to the heart of the problem with no jerking at you wallet if you know what I mean. Best service and best price. They are the best. We have called on them multiple times and they are always their to take care of it.

I need to add to my review. Came in from out of town to find the air out. I called at 6:33 pm. They said it would be about an hour to get someone here.
At 6:57 pm Rocky rang my doorbell. He left about 5 minutes ago after fixing the problem.

Tech arrived on time. He checked a few things on the ac. Then determined what the problem was and took care of it. Had ac back and work good within an hour of tech arriving. I would recommend Atlas to friends and family. A+++++++

Atlas has the best technicians for the job. Rocky Langham came to a late night service in a timely manner and repaired my AC. He explained what he did and kept us very aware of what he was doing on the job. This is the 2nd time I've needed them in an emergency which they responded immediately. Highly recommended

The air was not working at our short-term rental at 10pm. I called about 10 other 24/7 heating and air companies and Atlas was the only company who had someone available to help. Someone was at our property within 30 minutes and made me and my guests super happy! They are also trying to take care of their customers and did not charge an additional after hours fee right now because of covid. Super friendly and honest tech as well!

We have used Atlas Heating & Air twice over the past year. I had used other A/C companies in the past but hadn’t been happy with those companies. My neighbor highly recommended Atlas and specifically said to ask for Josh, so I decided to give them a try. Both times, Josh was quick to arrive, and both times, he was able to immediately diagnose the issues and knew exactly what was wrong. This past time, he had my unit running within 30 minutes! Josh was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I am very impressed with him and his abilities, and I plan to use Atlas for all of my heating and A/C needs. I can highly recommend Atlas Heating & Air, and I am glad to know that I now have an A/C company that I can trust!

An ABSOLUTELY AMAZING company, I was quoted by a different company which was an insanely absurd amount. Called them up to explain my situation and they were more than happy to get someone out to me within the hr. James was educated, kind and most importantly helpful and if I ever have future issues, any maintenance or even a question I will without a doubt be calling them and them alone !! A burning plastic smell was coming from my air vents around 8pm the night before I was supposed to leave on vacation. After searching for a good company to call, around 9pm, I called Atlas, expecting an answering system. Instead, an actual person answered my call, and when I explained my problem, she immediately contacted a tech to come to my house. James R. arrived by 10pm, diagnosed our problem, put in an order for the replacement parts, and promised to contact us as soon as the part was in. Sure enough, the morning after we got back from our trip, he had the part, quoted us a reasonable price, and was able to travel to our house and complete the repair within a couple hours. Everyone I spoke to with this company was professional and helpful, and the work James did was top notch. So glad I chose Atlas for the job. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know.

I gentleman came out and gave me a quote on a new account unit. He looked cleaned my condenser pain for me. He was very knowledgeable and talked so I could understand what he meant. When I get ready to buy a new unit it will be from them.

Didn’t get the Agents name but the Initial call for service was great. Rocky was awesome. He reviewed my issues, offered solutions and answered all of my questions. Our AC quit working and Atlas was out to look at it within 2 hours. Turns out our unit was old and leaking refrigerant. We decided to replace it instead of fixing it. Atlas had a brand new AC installed 2 days later. They were all very professional and even cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for a professional and caring AC or heating company. Being able to support small businesses is always a plus!
