Called on a weekend after 6:00pm, thankfully a technician was able to service our call. The tech discovered a very dangerous bare high voltage wire, and low voltage wires that were arcing causing the heat strip to come off & on at same time with A/C, this eventually blew out the safety fuse, which caused the A/C unit to stop working.
These wires were left like this from work done by another A/C Company
6 months ago, if not corrected this could have caused a fire.
The tech worked well after 11:00pm to correct all the problems, with a kind and positive attitude.
Thank you Bay Aire for saving us from a potential major disaster!

What a great company. These guys are true craftsmen. I had the unfortunate experience having someone else install my new AC unit, Big mistake. I had to hire Bay Aire to come back and correct the other company's mistakes. Very professional and courteous from the first call to the guys who came out and did the repairs. I should have hired them to start with. Live and learn. Bay Aire is my AC company from now on.

I bought an used van from this company back in 2022, and it still had the company's phone number and all that which i think is amazing, I thought that the company had gone out of business by now but it hasn't we been driving it all over Alabama for almost 4 years promoting this company without even knowing, I think it's about time we get a little reward😂

Bay-Aire replaced all my duct work and installed a new a/c system for me. The employees did excellent work, were friendly and polite, they were always on time and cleaned up every bit of trash and took it away. They have a great maintenance and service plan too!. We are so happy with the installation...our power bill went from $500 to $100 after the new a/c was put in!

Bay Aire has been helping me and my family with our HVAC needs up and down Baldwin Co for at least 15 years. Probably 20. Home, Camp, Mother, and Mother-In-Law. Over the years I have gotten to know Keith the owner, Karen, Carla, Emily in the office, and especially their devoted technicians Joe, Kevin, Tony, and Shay just to name a few (sorry to whoever I left out.) I have many stories I could tell about each and every one of them. Whether it was a weekend, middle of the night, hottest day of the year, or coldest. Little fixes or major installs. They have been nothing but fast fair honest and dependable as long as I have known them. They come out, diagnose, and fix. But if it’s more complicated than that, they do a great job of laying out options on when and how to most practically and economically tackle those scary problems with your system that may be bigger or more long term. This is the first (and probably last) review I’ve ever written about anything online. Joe was at my 87 year old Moms house til 10pm last night working to find and fix a leak in her system and get her cooling again. It made me realize that I should return the effort and tell everybody about my many great experiences with Bay Aire!

I had a problem with my AC Unit at my resident. I work at University of South Alabama Baldwin County. We used Bay Aire Air Conditioning & Heat for service. Wednesday June 3rd I had a problem at my resident. I call Bay Aire. The lady who took my called was very kind and polite. Also, walk me through the steps on the phone to prevent the problem from getting bigger. A true blessing! She set up appointment for today between 10:00 and 12:00. Guess what? They move my appointment up early. Mr. Shea arrived two hours early. Mr. Shea was outstanding in every way. Polite, friendly, clean, very organize, and professional. He explain the problem.and kept me aware of what he was doing. I have not seen this kind of service in twenty years!!!! Thank you Bay Aire , your customer for life!

We had a great experience with Emily. She got us set up for a quote fast. She answered every possible question I had. They were around 5k less than other quotes we had for our new heating and air replacement. They came out fast and left no mess in our home. We will definitely continue to recommend them to others. Thank you Bay Aire!

We always have a great experience with the team at Bayaire - Keith, the owner, Kevin, Joe, Charlie, Preston, Emily and Carla. We had problems with both HVACs back to back. They were able to troubleshoot the problems immediately, Carla was communicating with me on my warranty and status of product to be replaced and the installers were prompt on time, courteous and mindful of my home by putting down blankets to protect my floors. It really was a great experience with all involved. Thank you!

At 2:30 P.M. I called to report the blower motor on my HVAC was not working. Technician arrived, replaced the motor and had unit operating, all within two hours from the time I placed the call. I appreciate the technician being professional and courteous and keeping me from having to endure the coldest night of the year without heat.

I have 47 years in Commercial HVAC service just retired. Over the past 5 years I have struggled to find an exceptional Service company in the Ft Morgan area.
I was able to purchase my new equipment and searched for a qualified Lennox Dealer.
From my first interaction with Keith I was impressed with his knowledge and had no reservations awarding Bay Aire this extremely challenging equipment replacement.
Top notch effort from all the employees and to have Kieth on the job site both days exceeded my expectations.
The finished project entailed removing all of the 25 year old fiberglass duct plenums and installation of new main duct and equipment transitions . Every aspect was performed properly.
Whisper quiet operation and dialed in smart thermostats.
I am a customer for life and the results of this equipment replacement will lower my energy costs by 70 %.
It’s very rare to have an owner so involved on the hands on side of this business!
This should be your only call for your HVAC service and replacement needs!

Been using bay aire for many years....until today was very upset by the person answering the phone.....
Very condescending....talked to me like she was doing me a favor just taking to her....
She put me on the defensive immediately....
Have used bay aire for several years, until today was always easy to get service....
Because of this lady's attitude I give 1 star..
