Highly recommend! I would give 10 stars if I could, we had an old geothermal unit that has been dead for over 2 weeks, but yesterday we called Capt Cool and they sent Preston who then had AJ come out and in less than 24 hours we have a brand new completely installed ac unit that is working and we are beyond thrilled! You cannot go wrong with this amazing company and they were not the first company called they were actually our 5th and best estimate! very happy with our choice! All
the guys who worked all day did an amazing job and even cleaned up. They walked in at 82 degrees and walked out at 74 and still cooling! Love this company! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Saturday: 7/13/24- update~
Unfortunately, we woke up Saturday morning to our AC out- already hot in the house. We called captain cool and they sent Zachary out as soon as he could-it was HOT out so I’m sure he was busy.
He stayed until the job got finished, poor guy. We are truly so thankful for him and his excellent detective work figuring multiple issues we were having. It felt like we were hanging out with family, which isn’t the easiest thing for my combat wounded husband).THANK YOU Zachary

Still thankful for Princess, he tried-we just needed the Zachary man to finish the job🙌👏

So impressed by the quick and friendly service.
Our AC went out in the middle of the night, on a Saturday, we called in the morning and they were able to dispatch Preston out within 25mins.
Preston was amazing, and super helpful. He found of what the issue was within like 5 mins, then took the time to show my husband what needed to be done, and how to do it in the future.
Thank you so much for saving our Sunday from this hot weather.

The installer Ray was awsome , answering all my questions and his helpers was super nice guy. Cleaned up after installation and very respectful. All in less than 8 hours . Great team and experience. I would recommend Captain Cool to all my friends.

Nas was very professional, helpful and very polite. He worked tirelessly to fix the problem with our heating system. I will definitely recommend Nas and Captain Cool for all of your heating and air needs.

Shane showed up on time to replace our dehumidifier that was taken in for service. He took time to explain what the issue and how to prevent it in the future. Plus, he said they will add the dehumidifier to the notes of our maintenance plan.

Cheyne and his installation crew replaced our HVAC unit next day! They did a great job. Explained everything they were doing and went above and beyond to fix an existing drain pipe problem to prevent further service issues in the future. Highly recommend Captain Cool for HVAC needs!

First I would like to mention Preston Hill. He responded to call over the weekend when our A/C went out and was able to get us set up rather quickly with an installation of a new unit.

The installation was performed by Cheyne Russell and team. They were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job!

Skyllar Barker did a great job performing a maintenance check on our HVAC system. He was very pleasant and professional, clearly explaining everything and answering our questions.

Called Captain Cool due to an AC issue and had a technician out here first thing in the morning on a holiday—Connor was so professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspection and found the issue immediately! It was fixed in no time and I’m back to having a cool house during this heat! I’ve always had a great experience with this company and have recommended them to all of my friends!

Nas Ali was so Good and worked really hard on a very hot day. He was kind and explained everything so well. The best AC technician I’ve ever had!

Our Captain Cool Cooling & Heating technician, Connor Brandt was wonderful. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly then discussed an annual service plan that saved us money. We could not be happier with his helpful, non stress way of doing business and will definitely recommend to anyone needing service.

Called at 11am and I hey had a tech (Zach) out in 2 hours. Zach diagnosed our down AC in less than 15 minutes and had it running in no time. This was on a Saturday and no price gouging for the weekend. A+ outfit

We were having an issue with our heat during the recent cold spell. Captain Cool had someone at our place right away. Nas Ali was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and quickly diagnosed the problem. Highly recommend them for all your HV/AC needs.

AJ did a great job. He was very thorough and explained the issues very well. He even asked for a broom and dust pan to clean up a little mess he accidentally made. Would recommend!

Captain Cool Cooling and heating had a tech out to our 89 degree home within hours. Zach did a great job explaining what was going on with our old unit. He was Very Knowledgeable and kind. Nas came out and did the repair we needed since it took us a few days to decide what we could do. He got it done very quickly and was also extremely kind! I feel that the price was reasonable and look forward to purchasing a new unit through them soon. Thank you!
