We had our pool built by southern pool scapes and their team. Cody Stokes was the supervisor and he did a wonderful job communicating and running the job site. They did such a beautiful job and we now have a backyard oasis.

Mr. Paul Merchant is the man! As a irrigation contractor myself, he helps bridge the gap between pool clients and myself. He reminds the clients what was undone needs to be redone and it's such a blessing.

He speaks highly of Hunter Talley in conversation as well! I haven't met Hunter yet, but I look forward too!

As a customer, the customer service given by all the members of the company in all aspects of the process was beyond reproach. The timeline was extended due to weather, in no way were we ignored. The quality of the build was incredible and seeing our backyard dream come true was incredible. We can not recommend this company enough to anyone looking for a pool. Let them explain each part of the process, as they teach the homeowner about the pool. Call them. Their design consultants listen through the entire process, I would recommend Bob when schedule an appointment. He cares and has the greatest attitude towards the customer. He explains the entire process and as the process was going on, we understood exactly what was happening. You will love this builder.

We met years ago with another pool designer with the same company. He left us hanging and had excuses about family issues. We were ready tomove forward but he never got back to us. Fast forward a few years and Mike Ronca came back out to discuss our project. Thwe costs are considerably more, but we recognize we are post COVID times. Mike has listened to us and has been active in trying to meet our budget. It will be next year before we can move forward, but I cannot wait to get started!

We engaged Mike Ronca to design our pool several years ago. The design process was fantastic and Mike thought about everything! Since then, if we ever needed anything, Mike was always available - picked up every time I called him even well after the pool was complete. He always has a positive attitude and an amazing personality…. The world needs more Mike Roncas!!!!!

Southern Poolscapes is a great pool company. It is very easy to work with them. Communication is perfect. With other pool companies, you may have to wait for weeks to get a quote. Southern Poolscapes has effective sales representatives (such as Brandon Coggin) who can customize a pool project based on your needs for a fair price in a timely manner. Our pool project started pretty much right after all the community approvals were obtained with no delays. Special thanks to Jayme Chamberlain, the Project Manager, for going above and beyond to deliver the top-quality product in a timely manner.
