Brandon was very professional and informative by explaining what exactly was wrong with our appliance, and how each part worked. He arrived in the time frame that he stated , installed the part promptly and was done. I will definitely use them again!

Brandon to the rescue. We had a new dishwasher delivered by Home Depot. We are renting, so our landlord ordered and had it delivered and installed. However, the contracted Home Depot guys could not install it, because the cords were to short ( electric and water line ). Long story short, after 1 week and 2 more failed attempts at installation, no working dishwasher or sink, and a new dishwasher laying in the middle of our kitchen floor, SuperTech Appliance Repair was called and showed up the same day, and installed the dishwasher within an hour or two. Very professional and informative. If we every have any more appliance needs, we will use them again! Thanks!!!!!

When your refrigerator fails on Thanksgiving Day it's a fairly stressful event. The following day though Brandon was able to come over and diagnose the problem. He carried the repair part necessary on his truck and was able to take care of it in one trip. I'm very happy with his service and it was a pleasure to have him in my home. My experience with Super Tech Appliance Repair was great. Brandon Johnson was on time very knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. He found the problem and didn’t have the parts but assured me that he would get them as soon as possible. He called the very next day to tell me that he found the parts. He came straight back and made the repair. My refrigerator was only 6 months old.
Brandon made a bad situation better. I have never been so pleased with a warranty job.

We hired Brandon to fix our refrigerator. It was not making ice or keeping the fridge or freezer cold enough. Brandon showed up when he said he would and analysed the problem. He returned with the part he needed and worked on the refrigerator and left believing it was fixed. However, it proved to be more difficult then he thought and he had to come back once more. He was here several hours and I'm happy to say he DID fix my fridge. I have ice, it's cold, and the freezer is freezing! Brandon stands by his work. I enjoyed meeting him. He made a frustrating situation much more pleasant. His professionalism and knowledge were wonderful. You won't regret hiring Mr. Johnson. He also fixed my mom's washer. I'd hire him again should the need arise.

Brandon came out to my house for a refrigerator repair that turned out to be more of a hassle than expected. He went above and beyond, stayed probably 2 hours, and got the fridge working perfectly. Super nice, respectful, and very professional. Would recommend to everyone!!

Brandon was excellent! Came in less than two hours; diagnosed the problem, and gave me an estimate within 45 minutes. He was able to fix the problem same day and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I will definitely use him again!!
