Cole and Randall from Climatemp replaced our worn out heatpump with a new Carrier HP yesterday. They did great work and we now have a new quality system. Did I mention that the heat index was 111 degrees that day and the temp was practically off the charts in the attic while they were working. These guys knocked it out in no time and explained every step along the way. They provided a thorough walk through upon completion to ensure I was happy with the install and to answer any questions before they headed out.

I have been using Climatemp since approximately 2008. I am routinely treated with honesty and respect. The office staff is always very responsive to any need or issue that comes up. The technicans have always been extremely knowledgable, thorough and customer service friendly.

I'd highly recommend Climatemp. We get the service plan every year because it keeps our unit running great. Today our tech Scott Adams did an amazing job. He checked everything and made sure it was good to go for the upcoming warmer months. Scott is very professional and is very knowledgeable. We've been using Climatemp for years and don't plan to stop.

Rob is the best service technician we've had after 4 homes in 20 years. He is professional, knowledgeable, prompt and very personable. Rob will patiently answer questions and explain his work.We highly recommend Rob.

Prompt and convenient scheduling. Arrived on time. Very pleased with the maintenance work Jason performed. Our A/C system seems to be functioning much better now and is keeping up with the settings we enter, despite the incredible heat wave we are experiencing. We will certainly use Climatemp for our HVAC in the future.

These folks are great. I needed a full HVAC replacement inside and out. Stan Englebert went above and beyond by keeping me apprised of progress and getting the job done right the first time. Our air conditioner went from working just fine to blowing ambient air overnight. We hadn't needed A/C service before and didn't know a trusted service company. But we'd seen Climatemp vans in the neighborhood before, and after looking at Google reviews, we gave them a call.
Our service technician was Scott Adams. We found him to be professional, friendly, and capable. He had us up and running again in no time. We're pleased with Climatemp, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Rob Beck is the absolute best! He always takes such good care of our HVAC units. We have a total of 6 houses on ft Morgan so it’s hard to get someone to come with urgency all the way down here. Anytime we call and request rob he’s there within a reasonable time frame and gets the units working!

We live out of town and it is so very helpful to have a company like this who can come in and do the maintenance when they say they will and always do a good job. Office staff are very easy to work with as well in planning and scheduling

Overall excellent service experience

We are so thankful for Climatemp Cooling and Heating. They came out late on a Friday night when our AC went out and had it back up and running by quickly. We would recommend them to anyone with AC problems. Stan was our Comfort Specialist and was very efficient when he came out to our home.

Had these guys come out on a blistering hot day to install a mini split today. They did a fantastic job for a good price. The quality of service provided by Randall, Cole, and Stan was honestly top notch. Definitely someone to look into if you're in need of an HVAC contractor in the area.

Our units have been serviced by climatemp for the past 4 years. Their office has significantly improved on their scheduling and appointment notifications. While their techs are reasonably good , the tech, Jason, who serviced our units today is outstanding. I have requested that he provide all future services.

We purchased a new air conditioning unit last year and this company has truly amazed us. Their office is so professional and friendly. They call for regular maintenance appointments and to let us know the eta of their technician the day of the appointment. They have an incredibly efficient team and I highly recommend them! Our house has been cold all summer in this Alabama heat and I want to say THANK YOU!

Tristen was absolutely 100 % knowledgeable about what to do and answered every question as I ask them.

The guys (Clancy and Bull) who installed our heating/air unit were very efficient, cleaned up after themselves and replaced our old unit in one day after my service call. They had to fit a large unit into a small closet and somehow they made it work. I really appreciate their work.
