I received the publication which led me to call them based on some issues I had with sewer smells coming up in the house. Benji and Danny were extremely knowledgeable on all of the issues I presented them. They were on time, performed quality work and were very professional. The equipment Latta supplied them with allowed them to thoroughly examine the situation which I imagine most plumbers don't have access to. I will be calling them again should I ever have a need!

My wife and I had a garbage disposal unit in our sink that was backing up into our master bathtub. I saw a Latta plumbing truck close to our loft downtown and decided to give them a call. Lamar came out, gave a free estimate, and was able to fix the drainage problem in under an hour. He was very professional, friendly, and cleaned up after he was done. I was very satisfied and will definitely be calling them again if I ever need additional services. The price was very fair for the work that needed to be done. Thanks again!

No hot water. No fun. After making 18 phone calls and still not able to find a plumber, I called Latta Plumbing. I spoke with Michelle who was a sweetheart. I have a place in Winston Co. on Smith lake and there is nobody to service for plumbing. Rex said he would help me out and sent Chris to service my hot water tank. He spent the time and we thought we had it. But still no hot water. Well let me tell you. I only needed to call Michelle back and Chris came back out the very next morning (Saturday) at no additional charge and this time we had hot water. Did it cost. Of course it did. Latta Plumbing is in business to make money. Am I happy I have hot water. Priceless. I will call Latta in the future for any plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I recently bought 5yr old house, as soon as we moved in we noticed the kitchen sink was draining very slowly. We tried some drain cleaner to no avail, we had rotorooter out, they snaked the drain, still no good. We called Latta Plumbing, they came snaked the drain, still no help. They came back out the next day with an inspection camera and spotted what they thought was a rubber ball in the line. The techs were very persistent in trying to solve our problem. After they spotted the ball , they said they would be back the next day, they were going to consult with their boss about how to proceed as my new house sits on a slab. Needless to say I was becoming concerned about the problem. The guys came back the next day and gave me a best case/worst case price. Long story short the original manufacturer of the house had left a hydro testing check valve in the line that was supposed to be removed. They had to pull a few boards off the side of my house to get to it but they did and everything works great now. These guys were true professionals. Now don't get me wrong it was not cheap, when all was said and done they probably had 12-14 hrs into the job and my bill was a little over $800, could have been much worse. I even got a thank you note from them a few days later thanking us for using their service. I would definitely recommend these guys!
