First of all, communication from the company about my appointment and the updated status of the plumber headed toward my house was outstanding, top notch. Dylan arrived on time, listened to my issue, brought out the big machine and knocked my problem out quickly. 10/10 strongly recommend, will use again.

Top notch company. Initially there was a scheduling issue and when notified, Magnolia rectified the problem right away. Received a text the day before to give me a time window an another when worker was on his way, and was even able to track his location. Cameron was very professional both times he came out and even had a much needed item on his truck that should have been part of the previous day's installation ( another company). I highly recommend this company.

My home encountered an unexpected plumbing issue today. After calling Magnolia Plumbing and speaking with Sheri, it was something about her spirit. She was very helpful and offered much empathy towards my issue. I called several other companies and was led right back to her. She assured me that she would get someone out to service our issue today.
It's so much I could say about the service tech from the time he reached our front door. Very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable! It's a blessing to have received great service, especially during a time of experiencing unexpected issues.

Fixed a bathroom shower faucet for me

Magnolia Plumbing was awesome! Could not recommend them more, the customer service over the phone was immaculate and the service agent that was sent out was one of the nicest most respectful men I have ever met! We needed a pressure test done on our gas line so we could get our heat turned on, of course it was the coldest day of the year that we needed it. They came out in under an hour and worked with the gas board employees to get our line tested and our heat turned on! Highly recommend giving them a call!!

First time coming was a good bit later than expected but the second time was early, so it balanced out. Work was great. Beau was personable and all around great service. Will use Magnolia again and recommend them.
