Our HVAC stopped working Called 7:00 am on a Sunday. Will immediately came out. Diagnosed, fixed and got us cooling by 9:00am. All covered under our Maintenance Agreement. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this family owned company.

Called this company today to try to get help with my beach condo HVAC that suddenly stopped working. I have never spoken to them before in my life. The lady that answered the phone chewed me out about some unpaid bill then hung up on me. Obviously, she confused me with someone else.

I called back and tried to politely explain that I was calling as a new prospective customer. She said that she was not interested and "sorry that you wasted your breath!" before hanging up on me again. I'm stunned at how rude she was.
