Harold Payne and his crew did an awesome job for us! Timely, efficient, honest and affordable! The work was meticulously done and there was absolutely no debris left after the job. Highly recommend to any and everyone!

Absolutely one of the best experiences with a company I have ever had. Previous HVAC technician was in over his head and partially wired wrong parts into my unit and ultimately abandoned the job. Harold was able to come within an hour of calling, restored my unit to its factory configuration, very quickly diagnosed the failed relays, and had my system back running in no time at all.
I highly recommend Payne’s Heating & Air if you need HVAC work.

Mr Harold was so pleasant and understanding! My dog had new puppies and one of them fell down the vent in the floor and she had been stuck for hours !!! No food !!! He came to be immediately and saved our new pups life quick and safely !

Stellar service! Arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed and fixed the problems with my AC unit in no time. Also demonstrated clear and concise information as the process went on. Allowing me to have a better understanding of what the problem was how they fixed it.

Payne Heating & Air has been taking care of our HVAC for approx 15 years. We have found this company to be very reputable. The owner is honest and does excellent work. They have done both repair work and installed a new unit. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Outstanding service. Called them in the morning because my a/c stopped working overnight. They arrived quickly and had all the parts on hand to replace my blower motor. Total time from making the phone call until my a/c was blowing cold air again was less than 4 hours.

Payne’s H/A came to fix our unit late after hours on a Saturday evening. Gave us the options to repair our unit to keep it going a bit longer (it was an older unit) and explained the benefits of repairing what we had or replacing. We decided to replace. Could not be happier with our new unit and the very fast, friendly, courteous service. The new unit was installed on the following Tuesday (3days later). He even helped to find an additional rebate we were eligible for!
