In October 2025, my HVAC system stopped working unexpectedly. As someone who had recently gone through a divorce and was working two jobs, I was extremely concerned about the financial burden of replacing the unit. My local HVAC company, Superior Heating and Cooling, owned by Joey Usery, helped me navigate the Residential TVA EnergyRight Savings Program. Through this program, I was able to pay $O down and secure fixed-rate financing through TVA EnergyRight. This made the replacement affordable and manageable during a stressful time.
The program allowed me to upgrade to a more energy-efficient HVAC system. By November, I noticed a decrease in my monthly utility bill. The new unit improved the overall comfort of our home while using less electricity. Although home energy efficiency upgrades and repairs can be a costly investment, the available home energy rebates and federal energy tax credits provided additional financial relief. Overall, the experience turned what felt like a crisis into a positive outcome. I have used this company for over 20 years! Top notch service!

AC not working, heat side fine. Chad came out same day, found and replaced a bad contactor and replaced quickly. All working fine. Would definitely use them again.

When our A/C went out on a hot summer day. we had Justin with Superior Heating & Air in Harvest service our A/C, and he provided excellent service. He shows up on time and explains everything in layman terms, and the charges were fair. We will continue to have him provide preventative maintenance on our A/C & heat pump system on a regular basis.
