Jeremy is very kind, respectful and trustworthy. He came to clean out my air ducts due to a mold outbreak. He knows what he is doing. Takes the time to make sure everything is cleaned to the core. After cleaning the duct work out he then sprayed a solution to make sure the mold spores are gone and don't return. Makes the house smell really good to. I will continue using his business for any hvac needs I have. Prices are very reasonable.

New to area, just bought house. Call Climate Care at 1:30pm about a/c problem . Jeremy answered and was very courteous. Told me it would be a while
, 2 calls in front of me, but he would be there that day. He kept me informed of his progress and a time he might be at my house. At 5:30 that afternoon he arrived. He explained the problem to me and cost of service call. By 6:30 he was pulling out of my driveway, a/c running nicely, and just the cost of a service call. Very professional, seemed very knowledgeable, check unit completely and charged a service call.
WILL USE AGAIN! AND REFER FRIENDS!!

So I had an air conditioning emergency at my house starting yesterday. I was very stressed attempting to self diagnose the situation. So I found Climate Care Heating & Air and I got a hold of Jeremy. He was very professional but more important he understood the stress of my situation. He quickly booked me for the next availability he had and diagnosed and fully repaired the issue. All while being so polite and educating me while going through the whole process of the repair and what to do for maintenance.

They even came out on Saturday morning to make sure it was completely fixed. Jeremy from Climate Care Heating & Air did an excellent job diagnosing and replacing our home's central HVAC. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. He was able to come out to our home quickly and his rates are very competitive. Ultimately our old Goodman needed to be replaced. Jeremy was able to schedule our install for the same week and our home is once again comfortable. I will continue to use his services as long as we live in the north Alabama area.
