Plus One Heati g and Air company is great. The technicia, Mr. Alan Perdock, is very knowledgeable and polite. He fixed my heather and it is working great.

We woke up to an AC issue, called and had a tech there the same morning and fixed by noon! Very reasonable and would definitely recommend Plus One.

One of our units suddenly stopped working. Put in a call and had Mark at our house that afternoon. He was awesome. Explained everything to us, and had us cool again! I love the service, communication and honesty. Highly recommend!!

Our furnace was not working, so going on several neighbor recommendations we called Plus One. Steve came out and diagnosed it, gave us a quote, and fixed it the same evening. We would also recommend them for any repairs or service.

I purchased a condo for my son who is in college who has a lot of allergies and was getting sick from being there. I worked with multiple HVAC companies to try to resolve the multiple issues that were found with the system. Plus One reviewed the system, cleaned the coils and blower and identified that my system was installed poorly with multiple code violations. They completed a total system reinstall and solved all of the issues. They ( Alan, Myles and Gadge) were very professional and completed the work efficiently. They were very fair with the pricing for everything. I would definitely recommend them!!!

I had my heat pump serviced today. The repairman was very detailed and professionally trained on my unit. He tested every aspect of my unit and helped me with some questions of things I had explained. He explained every aspect of his inspection and testing. I was extremely pleased with Plus One Heating and Air.

I can't say enough about this company. They came out in 15 degree weather and replaced our heat pump! We didn't expect them to come until it warmed up,
but they did and they stayed until everything was hooked up and we were warm again. They were very knowledgeable and fixed what hadn't been done quite correctly ten years ago. Definitely my go- to for heating and air!!

Daniel was the first to come out to assess our situation and at first impression I could tell he was very knowledgeable. He and his team came soon after and completely replaced our a/c unit and went above and beyond even fixing mistakes from the initial install and checked on our other air handler and split unit for us. These guys were completely professional and made sure everything was clean before they left. Highly recommend.

Very nice staff. Very prompt service. Daniel was our technician and has been to our house once before. Both times he was so kind and just a really good technician. He explains everything, he doesn't try to sell anything that isn't needed (which I have 100% experienced with other heating and air companies). I just really like this company and will continue to use and recommend.

I’ve used this company several times, and the guys who have come to my home to work on our aging HVAC system are always fantastic. They know exactly what they’re doing, but they’ve also all been genuinely nice guys too.
