If I could give Roy and Gary 10 stars out of 5, I would! Both are super personable, did an A++ job understanding my needs, and getting everything installed so impeccably that it's pretty to look at. Highly recommend Xcalibur, Roy, and Gary. They even vacuumed up the drill dust as they worked. 👍👍👍 Photos to follow!

I cannot recommend Mr. Roy enough! From the moment he came to my house he was kind, professional, and incredibly responsive. He arrived right on time, quickly assessed the situation, and got straight to work with impressive efficiency. His attention to detail and skill as an electric technician are unmatched — everything was fixed perfectly and works flawlessly.

Responded immediately. Came to my house after hours and was very reasonably priced. About what I figured I would pay. He explained everything in detail and was very professional. I decided to become a member Before he even left my house. Backed up plumbing was cleared and I was back good as new in under two hours. Not enough good things to say about this company and it’s not the first time I’ve used them.

For almost a year I have used Xcalibur and have met The HVAC plumbing and electrical techs and done of them have ever disappointed me . Justin finally got my AT& T mess fixed

Isaac was knowledgeable and quick to find and fix the problem. I particularly liked that he took time to educate me about my unit as he was walking through his diagnostic. Could not be happier with the job or his customer service throughout the process!

Xcaliber is an outstanding customer service group, and every technician has been of the highest caliber professional. Prices of equipment and devices are way, way out of line (technicians are expensive too, but they do excellent work and have been completely honest). $675 water heater was $2100.00 (total price minus the customer equipment installation price) and $95.00 pressure valve was $650.00 (installed) I bought the water heater from Home Depot (so full retail after taxes was $715.00) but paid the 650.00 for the $95.00 valve. The work itself was absolutely first rate…but beware of equipment pricing. I do recommend them without hesitation for quality plumbing and HVAC work!

John, Issac, Tyler, Andrew, and Dalton at Xcalibur did a great job inspecting our old system, assessing the issues with our old system and presenting us with several options to replace the system. Once we agreed on a system to use, the crew was at our house in less than 24 hours to install it. 7 hours later, they were done. The crew was clean and efficient, and the installation was clean and tidy. We greatly appreciate it.

***UPDATE: we found out they never sealed off the vent from the former water heater. This would’ve released carbon monoxide into our house. Luckily, we have monitor. Secondly, they never put a gas regulator to the water heater. We found this out from another company we deal with. We called their staff out immediately and they came and apologized. We also found out those people that did all this are no longer working there. We also found out there is a lot of turnover. Their company recently did some electrical work on our house and I am going to have another company come out to check what was done. *** ✅
Our water heater (it came with the house) wouldn’t ignite. We called another place that told us it would be a day to get there. Well that day we never heard from them so I called Xcalibur Services. Chris and Amahri were great! They assessed it and we needed a new water heater. We talked about tankless and I’m so happy we went with it. They showed me what they were doing and why. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and were super courteous. I would recommend them to anyone!

I contacted Xcalibur to for a leaking toilet with a bad water supply valve at my mother’s home. Alicia was very helpful with setting up the appointment for her as well as splitting the payment . And, Devon was very professional and courteous with the situation at the house. A veteran owned business that has put this veteran at ease. Thank you!

Easy to set up on-line. Technician was competent and quick. He gave me a clear quote before doing the work. Optional services were shown with firm pricing. No high pressure sales tactics, just a transparent and informative system. I’m glad we used them.

Xcaliber was able to come out considering it was very short notice, the night before Thanksgiving. If you could imagine what was going through our heads the night before a big family gathering and the toilets don’t work. Julian was very pleasant and efficient in getting our waterlines working again. We were very grateful. I would recommend XCaliber 100%.

I had problems with outdoor lighting.. Chad came out to evaluate and went above and beyond to help me with the brilliance app connecting to the outdoor system- so much appreciated! Your customer service is exemplary!! From Tonya, Chad and follow up about ETA, all was the way a good company

I had a partial power outage in my basement due to an overloaded breaker. The technician carefully diagnosed the issue and offered a great solution — installing a new breaker and outlet for my electric heater. He explained everything clearly and was very professional and kind. I’m extremely satisfied with the service!

Xcalibur put in a 3 ton heat pump in They were professional from beggining to end. They were extremely knowlegeable. Issac gave an estimate and answered all of our questions (alot), even after he left. They came out quick (the next day once we made our decision) and installed the new unit. All 4 guys (Andrew, Blake, Tyler and Devin who came out were extremely proffesional. When they arrived they introduced themselves and shook hands . They always put booties on there feet before going in the house. They explained everything and did everything they said. Great experience. I would diffently reccomend Xcalibur.

I have used XCalibur since they started (before they were called XCalibur). I am the GM of another construction company and understand what it takes to provide such outstanding service. Of note Excalibur were also the only ones who would respond to an emergency call on Christmas Eve. I trust this company 100%. Devon Robinson, the Tech, was punctual and got my customer’s water back up and sorted in no time.

Had KC come to the house for regular maintenance on the Heating and Cooling. During inspection KC found some concerns. He took his time .. didn't pencil whip the inspection and we proactively were able to stop a possible catastrophic situation. Great job KC. The whole team at Xcalibur are amazing. Fantastic communication from scheduling to deep dive warranty (they got me $$$ back from Trane). Thanks to the whole team.

Blake P was an excellent technician. He offered all financial options and I am excited to check into financing what we need. As of now our unit is functioning. My only suggestion would be, a card or link for financing. I will use them again.

I have been using Xcaliber for years. This company provides amazing, excellent, reliable services. My first service was the installation electric charger station for my Tesla three years ago. Roy and the other technicians did excellent job .

I used this company again for a bigger project to install a whole house generator . Electrician Roy and Tony; plumber guy did excellent job for this project. They were very professional and hard worker especially Roy. I highly recommend this company!!! The best!

Xcalibur was quick to respond to my call and diagnose the issue. Parts were promptly ordered and they scheduled the repair around a minor surgery I had. The technicians are always very friendly and courteous.

Service and work was impeccable. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use for all needs for my home. I’ve used them for plumbing. HVAC. Electrical complete install of new electrical panel with new electrical wiring for basement and bathroom.
