Ryan was very nice and professional . His service sent a text to let me know when he was on his way and one after his work was completed. It also was nice that it gave me this opportunity to write a review. I use reviews in helping me know whether to use a product or a company especially when you do not know anything about them or their work. I would trust him in my home if I was not present. He was extremely clean and did not leave a mess afterwards. He showed me how he how to use my new motion sensor kitchen faucet I had previously purchased. He told me the good ( how to operate ) and the bad issues they could have and how to deal with them if I had any future issues. These are small details that if I should have any issues it could really make a difference ( battery location and how to remove them & the bypass switch incase I changed my mind on using the motion sensor. I will definitely be using him for any future needs and will be referring him to my friends and family. Thank you O’Neal Service Pros.

Had Ryan install a new gas line and install our new gas grill. His estimate was reasonable and he was able to work with our schedule to do the work on a Saturday. He communicated wonderfully, which I find very rare in home services. Was on time and got the job finished quickly with no mess left. I highly recommend him!

We live in a 33 year old house. Our plumbing needs repair once in awhile.. Ryan has helped us four times...always on time...always excellent work... always very fair...We are very pleased with Ryan and will continue to call him when we need him.

Fantastic service! Knowledge on everything
From gas plumbing for our fireplaces and plumbing for tankless water heaters, softeners and valves for our entire home. On time and is detailed and making sure everything is completed correctly and timely!

Ryan was great to work with. I had four people bid on putting in a tankless hot water heater. He came in with the best offer. He showed up and got it put in quickly. We did have an issue with the water heater not working, and he came back out and got a new one replaced under warranty. He promptly responded to emails and calls and was able to show up when we needed him. He took time to explain everything in detail. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing work. I will be using him as my primary plumber from now on.

Ryan was super courteous, professional, and very responsive. He was able to add me into his schedule on the same day to fix the gas leak at my house. Job completed quickly.

Ryan did a super, professional job diagnosing and addressing our gas fireplace's issue and although he informed us of newer options, didnt press us to change out our older set-up. Would definitely call on him again!!

Ryan was great to work with. Hopefully, we won't have too many more plumbing issues in the future; however, if we do, I will be calling him every time. He communicated well leading up to his arrival, and he arrived on time. Ryan replaced a water pressure regulator in our crawlspace. He didn't mind me joining and watching; in fact, he walked me through everything he was doing and explained why he was doing it. He was extremely open and honest throughout the entire job. After completing the job, he gave me some signs to look out for and some common troubleshooting methods I can do in the future. All in all, Ryan provided quality, professional, and, most importantly, honest work. Thank you, Ryan!

O’Neal service pros handled a difficult hurdle for our install at no reason of their own but structural reasons of our home to install a tankless propane water heater. I had a problem with one of my bath tubs in that I could not stop the water coming out of the faucet. I called 2 other companies that were not going to be able to help me until the following week. I called O'Neal Service Pros and they were busy also. A few minutes later I recieved a call from them telling me that they would work me in. I was extremely grateful and they did in fact come out and fixed my issue in a timely manner. Should I need a plumber in the future O'Neal Service Pros will be my first call!

Best plumbing company in the area! They went above and beyond expectations. There were a few issues they ran into that could’ve halted the work, but they continued on to make sure everything was done correctly and with the highest quality! I highly recommend them. Ryan is very responsive and cares about doing it right. I will be using them for all future needs and have already scheduled more services with them.

Ryan did a fantastic job with the replacement of my hot water heating system. He was quick and clear in communication, very responsive and explaining things in detail. His pricing was fair and better than competitors. This was my first time to utilize his services, but it will not be my last. I highly recommend him!

EXCELLENT!!! From my initial phone call to the perfectly on time appointment, we were well please with Mr. O'Neal professionalism, intelligence, courtesy and kindness! He took care of our fireplace issue which we scheduled for and even helped with a couple other things as well! Great company! Highly recommend!
