As a mom with little kids having the AC go out is stressful. They came out fast and had it fixed the same day. I spoke with Shelby in the office and she was so patient and answered all my questions. I’m really thankful for how smooth this was.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but they deserve it. I called late in the day with an AC issue, they showed up the same day, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. With a baby at home I really appreciated how quick and straightforward everything was.

My fiance and I have been renting a property from a company for over a year and found out that we had mold in our a/c intake unit and all through the house behind the walls. My children are currently seeing a specialist due to living in black mold because of the neglect from the rental company. Fire and Ice was hired to come to my home and fix, replace, and clean everything with our a/c unit. They where very professional and thorough in their work. Easy going, good humble guys!!!! We couldn't thank them enough for everything they did for us! We highly recommend them with any HVAC needs!

I was thinking I would have to wait a few days to get an appointment. But Fire and Ice was out the next day. Tim Poore represented the company in a professional manner and was extremely knowledgeable. He looked the situation over and told me what he recommended and the experience was superior.
