Metro Climate put our AC in about 3 1/2 years ago. We had to call him out today, on a Sunday, because the compacitor went out. He was out with family but came as soon as possible. Very reasonable price! I will always recommend him and his company. DOS 07/18/21

Poor communication

I would not recommend this company. Poor communication, lack of follow-through, and poor quality service/work.

No me dieron garantía y instalaron el sistema mal. Tuve que pagar 700.00 adicionales para que lo instalara bien.

Too many issues, unit goes out every season

After hours of working. They were not able to fix AC or thermostat unit. I was told that it was too hot for him to complete the work.. Called another company and I had cool air in 1 hour.

First thing I want to add is this is the first negative review I have ever written.

Worst HVAC company I have ever done business. The list of items is to long for this platform. To summarize they messed up my install of a new unit, have TERRIBLE communication, and are just overall a poorly run operation.

I will say that one of the MULTIPLE technicians(for less than 5 year old units) that came to my house was a very nice knowledgeable individual, and tried to be as helpful as he could. Beyond that I have zero good things to say and will never do business with this group again.

I do not recommend this business to anyone. Our family made the mistake of hiring them to install a mini split system 8 years ago and we have had nothing but expensive problems ever since. The system; which we came to find out was improperly installed by Metro and even though we have been good about its maintenance, we are now looking at having it removed all together. Metro also did a terrible job for our home’s a/c hearing ductwork system and we have had so many problems with airflow ever since.
