This company was so helpful to us when 1/2 of our tree fell leaving the largest part threatening to fall on our home..Frankie and his crew came out as soon as the rain would allow them in our yard. Excellant job..not only taking the tree down and grinding the stump..but leaving our yard raked and cleaned...not a stick left. I would highly recomend this company..great people.

They took down a huge Bradfor pear tree that was situated between two homes. They dropped it limb-by-limb with perfection. Cleaned up all limbs and debris. The only reason not 5 stars was that they knickednout phone cable when grinding the tree stump down.

Haven't heard from them in over 6 weeks.

I did not use this service , but the driver knocked down my trash canns, and kept going. If i wasn't standing in the door he probably would've turned around on our lawn.

Not a customer, but a crew of theirs left significant damage to my property after they drove a dump truck and turned a bucket truck around in my yard. Repairs requested, but they've refused to make things right. They have a complete disregard for the property of others.

I did not use this company personally, but they took a tree down in our neighbor’s yard and not only completely ruined our neighbor’s yard, but they ruined ours as well. There were workers in our yard cutting up part of a tree trunk throughout the day and they left debris everywhere (sticks/tree parts all in our backyard and sawdust covering our furniture and floor inside of our screened-in porch). Also, they cut off the power to our house around 930 AM (without telling us ahead of time) and it is now 9 PM and we STILL have no power (12 hours later). There are power lines and our fiber optic cable line drooping along our fence currently..... I spoke with several workers throughout the day regarding the power outage and debris in our yard and they kept saying the power would be back on “shortly” and the yard would be back to normal (unfortunately, we had a party planned for the night that we had to cancel considering we had no power). At the end of the “workday” the workers left without even considering giving us a heads up about the power situation. Seriously frustrating!

Frankie Aaron told me that I would not have to do anything for a year on the property that he cleared for me on Allison Bonnet. That is less than three months.Now I have to pay someone else. Also I tried to contact him and he doesn’t respond at all. I also have tried to get a receipt from still no receipt and no answer.
