Fantastic, but not for what you think.

Accidents happen but GCI was there to fix it. A rock from their mowers accidentally hit my windshield. The service from GCI was so professional and friendly that I was surprised. Usually companies don't go out of their way but GCI did and I'm extremely grateful. Now I have a new windshield and they have a new potential customer. Keep the good work going Grounds Control!!!

We used Grounds Control for a backyard renovation at our home. Everyone involved with Grounds Control was extremely professional. I felt like all the workmen paid attention to the details of their work and set high standards for themselves. Our renovation included a retaining wall, a fountain, several stone paths and lots of plantings. Grounds Control was able to work within the budget I gave them to create a plan that met our needs. I would absolutely use Grounds Control again.

Grounds Control did an excellent on my landscaping. They were very responsive when I had questions and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the results. Neighbors are commenting on how the new sidewalk, lighting, and planting of trees and shrubs has improved the beauty of our home. All of the staff was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Grounds Control.

Never got back with me

No response to emails, phone calls, or even messages sent on their own website.

One of their workers decided to harass me on the road while driving a company truck. My attempts to address this with the company have gone unanswered.

You really need to monitor your drivers better. Truck 19 was driving erratically and irresponsible on 72 heading to Scottsboro. People were going the speedlimit but this driver would slow down and speed up behind a car (me included) to try and make them go faster. There was another truck with this one.
You need to monitor your drivers better and ensure they are operating legally and safely.
