We recently used AnyTime Heating and Cooling for the biannual maintenance of our two units, and I can’t recommend them enough! Austin was our technician this time, and he was absolutely wonderful. He did an incredible job of explaining everything without making me feel overwhelmed or uninformed. I especially appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary.

When you’re dealing with such a big investment, it’s so important to have someone you can trust, who knows their stuff, and makes you feel comfortable. Austin was exactly that. I give him a 10/10 and will request him specifically for all our future needs!

Excellent service! Front desk receptionist had excellent customer service skills, very kind! We got scheduled for a consult immediately and were lucky enough to get Ian out here the same day. All the technicians we worked with were wonderful. Ian was kind, professional, and very informative with our unit options. Justin and Daniel were both excellent technicians here for the install. Kind, professional, and efficient. These guys put in some serious labor today. I am thankful to have a new (working) unit just in time for the summer. Thanks again to the Anytime Heating and Cooling team!

From the initial call to setting an appointment, the communication reference arrival time but more importantly, the professionalism and prompt, thorough service provided by Xayavong my technician. Anytime Heating and Cooling, is a must for all your heating and cooling concerns. Highly recommend. They do not disappoint.

Great Service!!! We had an issue with another HVAC company taking our money for parts up front and not returning to do the job. We were in a bind because the closing date for the sale of our house was in a couple of days and we had already been delayed 2 weeks. When I called anytime, they had a tech out within 2 hours. On top of that, the parts that the other company recommended that I needed were not even necessary. After some servicing of the system everything was up and running as it should be. So thankful that they came through with the great, honest service. Will definitely keep them in the Rolodex (contact list for you young folks).

Caleb came out to repair our a/c after it was damaged by another company. He worked through each issue step by step repairing each problem. He was efficient, kind, on time and will now be our provider from this point forward. I highly recommend anytime heating and cooling!!

From when I called to make the appointment everyone was very professional. I spoke with Ashley and she was very sweet and got me an appointments asap. Austin who was our technician was very respectful of our home and diagnosed the problem quickly. I did not feel like he was trying to up sale me or anything. He was very knowledgeable and able to tell me exactly what was happening with our unit. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants speedy, quality customer service at a fair price!

Our heat went out right before a major cold snap. TJ came out the same day and was very fast and efficient with the repairs at a very reasonable price. Now the family is staying warm and I will be returning as a customer for any future issues. Thanks for fast, friendly, professional service!

Well it finally happened, our old system gave up the ghost. Not due to Anytime negligence, but rather the old freon is no longer available, so our only option was new systems.
Ian came out to our home to give us a quote after their service person tried valiantly to breath life into our old system.
Ian arrived on time and kept us updated with his transit time.
I sat with Ian for quite a long time going over options and possible new system choices.
As someone that works in a detail oriented job, I peppered Ian with questions and like a sport he answered all of my myriad of questions.
Ian asked me many questions of my goals, expectations of electric usage I was looking for and many other questions to find the perfect system.
When I asked when they could install the system and completion time, I was impressed with Anytime's realization of what my heart condition and heat would mean to me.
When the date of the install arrived, Dan came out with his helper on time and ready to go.
They took all precautions to insure my home wouldn't be damaged during the install. I will admit, I had my doubts that they could get both AC units (4 and 2 ton systems) installed in one day.
I was asked by Dan what my time for them to stop working would be. I was floored that they were courteous and concerned of impeding my personal time. This meant that they were thinking ahead of time to plan their work. Obviously I said my time is theirs and they could work as long as they felt they needed.
When they finished that day, the system was up and running.
During the day, when they had to take care of installing the new system, they had to remove the last AC unit, Ian made arrangements to drop off a small window unit to use while I was working in my home office to keep the temp livable while the AC was down.
Let me state for the record, this company cares. At no point did I feel out of the loop nor forgotten.
Were they the cheapest, no, were they the most expensive not by a long shot. What they were was honest, open and forth coming.
I have no doubt that I will be a customer of Anytime for the foreseeable future.

Previous review: Called late on a Sunday because A/C decided to quit. Ethan came right out. He was personable, polite, professional and extremely easy to take to explaining what happened.
Would i suggest this company? Absolutely without a second thought.

This is my second time dealing with this company and Caleb after a very poor experience with another company. This places prices are equitable or better but what really sets them apart is atleast this staff member. He is very personable and gets the job done. He always seems to go above and beyond with the tasks and your never feel like he just wants to leave. He gives you time, dedication, and patience and truly makes you feel valued. This post does not possess enough characters for me to really depict how grateful I am for finding this company. No extra fees for weird hour or late calls. Punctual. Can usually evenfix unknown or unexpected tasks on the spot or the next day. Anytime you guys need to give this guy a raise. He single handedly gave you atleast 2 new families as customers (one with 2 handlers and 2 condenser and one with an all in one plus 2 handlers and 2 condensers) in 1 day. I'll always ask for him.

Wonderful experience! Austin was my technician and he was quick and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed in under an hour.

Another excellent experience. I had TJ as my technician this time. Like every time in the past, he was professional, knowledgeable, and quick. Diagnosed the problem, offered solutions, and answered every question I had. Love working with this company!

Couldn’t have been a better experience. Responded quickly, worked quickly, and fixed the problem. They explained each problem, the fix, and the cost. Great price for the work performed. I’ve had a similar problem at a previous home. Couldn't be happier.

Our technician, Cody, is extremely knowledgeable. He determined the problem with our system on his first visit, ordered the necessary replacement part, and came back to install that part as soon as it arrived. Everyone we’ve come into contact with at Anytime Heating and Air has been a pleasure to work with. We recommend this company to all our friends.

I had a wonderful encounter with Anytime Heating and Cooling today. Cody and Landon came out as scheduled and did a dryer vent cleaning for me. They were so congenial and professional. Steps were explained after a speedy job completion. Both tolerated my stories and questions. It was a very pleasant experience. I would use this company again!

Every time I've called on the Huntsville team, they've exceeded expectations! I highly recommend them for honesty, dependability, and expertise.

We recently replaced our whole house HVAC system. We did our due diligence getting quotes and having providers come out to the house to assess our situation. Anytime was one of those providers, and after careful consideration, we decided to go with them. We are glad we did. From the beginning, we were met with nothing but professionalism and great communication. Matt patiently and thoroughly answered all our questions and did everything he could to ensure our business and our satisfaction.

On the day of the installation, the team did a superb job and went above and beyond to ensure successful installation, including re-running a thermostat wire that was previously deemed by another company "likely having rip the wall to install" (none of that was needed, just Daniel's resourcefulness).

After the installation, Matt continued to go above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied, coming a couple of times to the house to look at the system, make adjustments as needed, and answer our questions in regards to the new system installed. We are very glad we went with Anytime and strongly recommend as a reasonably-priced, professional HVAC services provider.

Ernest came and made necessary repairs to my unit at 930 pm. Despite the late hour, he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything. Would rate higher than five stars if I could.

Update to my last review which was also a 5 star. I am very pleased with the professional service that Landon, Cameron and Daniel provided today. They installed all new ductwork, UV light and made cut outs in the ceiling for new vents. They are hard working and I highly recommend them. The manager Matt is one of the nicest people I have met and will work with you as to what you can afford. They have been providing service for us since we bought the house four years ago and they will continue to be the company I will always call!

Had a minor emergency with our HVAC drain line being clogged. Anytime quickly dispatched a tech out to the house. Ernest arrived, quickly assessed the problem and presented several methodologies to mitigate the issue and fix the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and excellently communicated everything to us in a first class manner. Anytime has taken care of our systems for several years and we have always been impressed with their service - always professional, always reasonable. This is the kind of company you want taking care of your home!!!
