Absolute professionals!!! That is the only was to describe my experience with the teams that did the install. Background: I have a home server closet and it was getting pretty hot. I considered buying a DIY Mr. Cool system, and I'm glad I didn't. I called CAS based on their Google reviews, and I couldn't be happier. Greg DuBroca came out and spent a good amount of time walking me through all my options and answering all my questions. Even after that first estimate, Greg was always available to answer additional questions. From the time I signed the contract to install was 48 hours.

When the install day came, Nelson Cruso, Chase Hooks, Colby Vernon, and Charles McDowel were incredibly professional, courteous, and accommodating with a few changes I requested day of. The team demonstrated a care for my house that you don’t see a lot in business these days. Laying down drop clothes, vacuuming all the debris, hauling away every scrap of junk, including the broken bricks from the house. One of my big concerns was aesthetics and not seeing a lot of pipes and tubes running along my wall. Based on the location of the closet and the outer unit the team had to run some pipe; however, Charles (electrician) did an amazing job ensuring none of the electrical PVC was visible along the wall.

CAS cares so much about getting it right the first time that, even for a small job like mine, they have dedicated quality control (Greg Duplechain) and field supervisors (Jason Pence) who not only stop by to check on the work, but aren’t afraid to get in and lend a hand.

I would definitely recommend CAS to anyone looking for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work. They may not be the cheapest, but their work speaks for itself and do you really want “cheap” when you are talking about taking care of your home.

Jessie came out, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and took the time to answer any questions I had along the way. It was also easy to get a next day appointment, and the dispatcher kept me informed on when the the technician was enroute.

One area of improvement would be a tighter appointment window. It would be nice to have a two hour window for when I should expect the technician, rather than just knowing the day.

Overall a high quality experience, would book again.

Had a fantastic experience with Gavin for a yearly checkup on our system. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. We are very happy with this company and trust them to help us when we have HVAC issues.

The maintenance tech named Jake came out this morning. We couldn't have asked for a more thorough and detailed experience. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and honest.. Jake is the epitome of professionalism. I would highly recommend this company.

I am very happy with the professional and friendly service I received from Nick. Even though I was supposed to get just a seasonal service, I knew before he got here that I had a problem with my heating system. Once Nick got here, I explained my issue he went and checked the system, then came and got me and showed me what was wrong with it. He then went and told me what was needed to fix it. Left to go get parts. He then returned and completed the repair very quickly. I felt the price was reasonable and I am very happy with the work he performed. In addition we had a very nice chat. He’s a good man. You can’t go wrong with Conditioned Air Solutions.

Prompt service. Marshall was thorough in preparing the estimate for our working but very old HVAC systems. The installers, Chris, Austin, and Daniel, were very efficient, careful workers and kept us updated on their progress. Greg, the final inspection technician, thoroughly explained the operations of the new systems and thermostat. All in all, it was a good experience for a home improvement project no one ever really wants to do, no matter how necessary.

Josh B completed our Fall service today. He was clear in explanations, courteous, and professional. His knowledge of our system and potential fixes were explained fully and gives us great understanding of the current duct work and options for future improvements.

Nick McCants quickly assessed and fixed my hvac issue. He was honest and only recommended the necessary repairs while also teaching me how to prevent future issues. Nick was kind, professional, and his service was excellent. I highly recommend this company and Nick for your hvac needs.

Conditioned Air Solutions has been performing bi-annual inspections of my HVAC system. I have been very pleased with their service, especially their Technician Andrey. Andrey is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions and explains what steps he is performing. I always request Andrey perform my inspections given his expertise and knowledge of my system.

My technician from Conditioned Air Solutions- Mr. Jesse Tanner - was the epitome of professionalism...he spotted the issue with my gas fireplace in minutes, as well as some additional issues of concern. Very courteous as well- I highly recommend both Conditioned Air Solutions and Mr Tanner for any and all HVAC issues.

Andrey and Jason came out quick to fix our unit! Andrey was so informative and explained how everything works and what was needed! Definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied before he left!

We had Conditioned Air come out for second opinion and Jake Sheehan was Stellar. He was very thorough with the options to address the issue and was also very honest that the fix may be more in depth if the initial fix was really not the issue. We then had Russ Curtis come out and he was also spectacular. He give us a quote on 2 new units and he inspected and gave us a detailed breakdown of our options as well as answering any of our questions and going into detail on each quote. There was no pressure from either employee and each time they were addressing our issues for well over and hour each visit. I can't say enough about how wonderful and professional this company is and I would definitely recommend them to any one in need of HVAC services.

My mini-split heat pump unit was professionally installed by Austin and Colby. They were very knowledgeable about the installation process. They answered all my questions. Austin and Colby completed the installation in a timely manner. I will call Conditioned Air Solutions for my HVAC issues.

Chandler came to do our quote and was very nice, explained everything and was upfront with all costs. He offered to come back and explain everything again if needed. Kody reached out after the quote to see if we had any questions. The workers were on time and got right to work, everyone was nice and respectable. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing any HVAC work

Greg came to check on my furnace and was extremely helpful in explaining the situation. He then installed a programmable thermostat for me. He explained how it worked without being condescending - as some techs can be when dealing with seniors. Very happy as always with Conditioned Air Solutions.

Josh B. was very respectful and throughout with out appointment today. He explained the issue well. He also put booties on every time he came in- which I appreciated!

Technicians (Austin and Ty) very professional and provided a much better installation appearance. (Rerouted gas line and installed electrical box etc providing a clean appearance.) QC Greg verified installation and adjusted thermostat setup to reduce complexity of thr unit. Senior technician Greg provided a detailed inspection of our existing system and provided a comprehensive overview and options to ensure we were purchasing the best unit for our needs. Senior Tech Greg was a one of the key factors in our decision to choose Condition Air Solutions.

Shawna performed annual maintenance on my HVAC unit. Shawna was a pleasure to meet and was very receptive to all my questions and concerns. I am very pleased with the work that was performed and the customer service was excellent. I continue to have a great experience with Conditioned Air Solutions. I highly recommend them.

Greg Dubroca did a great job assessing our needs and advising the right system to install (Daikin packaged unit with Aprilaire thermostat). The install team (Nelson, Chase and Aaron) did a great job! It's a hot job in tight quarters and they did a really nice job!

Greg, Jason, Greg Dup, and Todd provided great follow-up service to investigate and resolve a couple of issues.
